We take the boat at the harbour, close to the food mile. Price for the family was reasonable. The trip takes roughly an hour. The caves and the lagoon are really amazing. The open ceiling of the "lovecave" at its narrowest part look like the...More

I'd read that Bonifacio was at the top of the list of tourist hot spots, so maybe I was expecting something more magical. It's obviously an attractive area and formations, but it's popularity does make it suffer from both high expectations and easy access. Despite...More

A boat trip from the quay in Bonifacio [Euro 17.50] is well worth the expense for a spectacular view of the harbour and then the caves and small bays beyond. The trip only takes about an hour and demonstrates the natural harbour and the interesting...More

It seems that they have closed a part of the pathway. Not much to see once you have gone down the steps.

It's nice to climb the stairs and see the view from below. Once you get to the end you'll get pretty close to the cliffs. Not sure whether the view is better from above or below though :)

Water and erosion create some of the most amazing sights. These caves are spectacular. They worth the effort.

Well worth seeing. Only accessible by boat. Also city of Bonifacio form the water is fantastic. So dont miss. Take one of SPDB boat, which are the best. Frequent but you cannot reserve. Go early less crowded.

Visited Bonifacio on a cruiseship for a few hours and they wanted a huge amount of money for a boat-trip so we decided to d.i.y. after looking at tripadvisor; particularly as it was baking hot! Walking along the harbourfront we saw a boat offering a...More

Take the boat tour to experience this place. It's a real surprise to see they are actually entering into the grotto with the boat. Amazing once you get in. Very special place.
