Stood in awe of the city landscape that is surrounded by mountains providing a 360 degree view of the area

We went by foot all the way up take us around 45 minutes, watching amazing view of The Big Valley where matagalpa is, betel l between beautiful mountain, we went to see the sunset. Well impressive but from the from the other side of town. On the way back we took the turibus, he is running from the cathedral all the way to the Mirador, Was so much fun to go down with it l when you sit on the top level of the bus it's feel like you're on the roller coaster! every decent the bus took everyone was shouting, trying to avoid trees from the side of the road, was very very fun! You can take it from the cathedral, every hour... Was a nice afternoon

Just a quaint lookout and you get to go up one of those nasty steep hills. Get ready to drive in 1st gear is you have a little rental car!

This mirados has great views of Matagalpa city and you can also enjoy a walk surrounder by nature. It's definitely a place everyone should visit when they go to Matagalpa.

I guess going here on a Sunday afternoon was a bad idea. Way too packed with loud children hitting the fences with sticks and yelling. Also made possible by the fact that this place is accessible by car. A place for lazy visitors. The view is alright, depending on what you are used to. You can also spot the mining companies if that's your thing. Luckily it was only a 20 minute (steaaap) walk and 5 Córdobas pp. The walk up was more memorable than the view because of the locals who made the (slightly sketchy) neighbourhood feel alive.
