    2-hour wait
We booked a roundtrip bus/ferry combo from Bangkok to Koh Chang. The outbound from Bangkok went quite well except for the last leg to the hotel when we were cramped into the back of the pickup truck. The return trip, however, was bad. We were told by the agent in Bangkok that we'd get picked up at 8:30am, but received a call the night before that it'd be 7:30am instead. We called in the morning to clarify and were told to be ready by 7:20am! Guess what? The pickup didn't show up until 9:13am! I understand that this is a shared service and delays are sometimes inevitable, but telling customers to show up 1h10m earlier, only to be another 43 minutes late is ridiculous!

    Exceeded our expectations!
We're really impressed with this company! We booked with them from Bangkok to Koh Kood, and everything was so well-organised, from the bus, to the ferry, to the drop off to your resort, they just knew who goes where and never once did they mess anything up. Food provided were delicious and they even gave out snacks and water on the bus. The bus and boat were very comfortable as well. And most important of all, the prices were not very expensive, so it was well worth it!

    Nicely arranged transfer
We travelled from Ko Chang to Siem Reap. Everything went nicely on time. Local transfers are used. As we were a small group of travellers the first hour we shared a touring car to Bangkok. Than we transferred to a smaller bus with 9 people in total. After crossing the border a big touring car was waiting for us. When arriving in Siem Reap we stopped at the beginning of the city where local TukTuk drivers brought us to our hotel. Everything was included. Tour was provided with bottle of water, little snack and breakfast.

I came from Bangkok to Koh Chang with Boonsiri yesterday everything was fine until I got almost to the Hotel in the Taxi that the company provided, the taxi was gonna dropped me off in Kongkoi Bridge and then I could see on my GPS I was not in Bangao Beach Resort, I said but I am not there yet, he told me that is 15 min or more walking straight or I pay him extra 100 TBH to drop me in the hotel, I have a shoulder problem and I had a small heavy backpack and my small suitcase so I paid him and also a elderly French couple that is staying in Chivapuri Beach resort paid him. Later on when I came to the hotel I found out that it was not 15 min walk or more that was only 4 to 5 minutes, the taxi guy lied to me only to get more money and he when up and the down and dropped 1st the French couple and after dropped me. I get very annoying even if is "only" 100 THB he scammed me by telling me that the hotel was 15 minutes away to get more money out of me, if I new it was only 4 to 5 min away I would have walked!!

The ferry comes so late in the day 2.50pm and you have to wait all day and it wastes an entire day. Then the ferry doesn't even arrive at that time we are sitting here n the heat. No shop to buy water or anything and it's over an hour late and so sign of it. I will never recommend you use this service coming from Koh Mak and Koh Kood it's unreliable

We drove from Bangkok to Boonsiri Ferry office near Laem Sok Pier. Parking is 50 Baht a day. Parking is unpaved. The office is good. The coffee shop and restaurant at the office is good. Boonsiri provides free shuttle from the main land office to the pier and free shuttle from the pier on Koh Kood to hotels. The catamaran boat is big, air conditioned and well maintained. The boat trip was one hour. The staff services were average with baggage. Make sure to print the boat vouchers from Internet.

When you buy transfers from such a large company from Pattaya to Koh Kood and back, you expect the appropriate service. But what a shame, you get spit in the face. After 9 hours of traveling with two children who are not even two years old, they drop you off at their station and tell you that no one will take you further, call a taxi and go. And no one cares that the tickets say where they picked you up and where they have to let you go. People bypass this company.

We extended our stay in Koh Kood and tried to change our ferry tickets. Boonsiri refused and took our money, despite the fact that their boat is empty these days. Take Koh Kood Express instead. Nicer, cleaner boat, cheaper than Boonsiri, and they have free coffee.

Once you buy a catamaran ticket (Laem Sok pier - Ao Salad pier =500thb)at their booking office (you get a 100thb discount if you book return tickets), there is a clean, covered waiting area, where you can order reasonably priced simple food (no vegetarian options, as usual), soft drinks, ice cream. Free Wi-Fi and clean toilets. No shops nearby. You then board a passenger trolley, which gets you onto one of the longest piers I've seen, right upto the catamaran. The tourist police ensure that you have worn a life jacket on board. The 70-90 minute ride was smooth, air conditioned, and comfortable. The catamaran ticket price INCLUDES transfer from the pier upto your resort (& pick up as well, if you booked return tickets). This is great, as there was no public transport visible at pier where we were dropped. The speed, safety, comfort and smooth ride in the catamaran, along with the drop right upto your resort, makes the price quite reasonable, as compared to the speedboat (not available off season), private transfer or big boat.
Efficient staff.
They also provide transfers from Bangkok (one pick up location) and Pattaya (from your hotel) to koh Kut for 850thb one way.

A month ago, I booked and paid for their Bus & Ferry service from Bangkok and booked a hotel near their Bangkok pick-up location. Yesterday evening, 3 days before my departure they email me and tell me they are sorry but they won't be running the Bus or the Ferry service until Oct. 6th. They told me I can pay them 4400 Baht (4 times the original cost) for a private car, or I can take my chances with 6:30am bus. And the hotel I booked, near their pick-up location, is nowhere near the bus station. I now think I should try to go to Trat the night before. I've asked them to reimburse me for my hotel, since it is now to late too cancel it. So far I have heard nothing back from them.

Quite impudent company. We've bought transfer from Koh Kood to Bangkok and driver decided to change ALL tyres in bus in the middle of a trip. I believe he decided to save money on gas. So we lost almost two hours.

It was presenting like trip from bangkok to koh chang vis high speed catermaran

But!!! You will drive from bangkok 5,5hours by bus( clean and good condition) and than in trat you will go on normal ferry( very old traject) you over pay everything by double price than you will book it by yourself. Dont happy with that because we didnt see that catermaran because of what we choose boonsiri
