I booked for a week of quiet rest and ended up staying two. Attentive and friendly service by Samitha and family Great massage. Excellent food. Quality A/C room Wet room well appointed. Comfortable terrace to lounge or eat. Couldn't be bettered.

I loved the quiet atmosphere, the small scale accommodation and especially the friendly and professional Samitha, who treated me. A sure recommendation for peace seekers!

Love this place!

The peace and quietness that reigns here is so good that, if I get the chance, I like to go for a massage treatment. It fully breathes the atmosphere of Sri Lanka. I can totally relax here. There are two rooms that are rented, with the possibility to use a kitchen. And all very clean, neat and affordable. Visit their website!

Amazing find

This was an amazing experience, the staff were lovely and the full body massage heaven!!! two full hours for £20 WOW!!!!!. So much better then treatments at the bigger hotels, the feeling you get in & out as fast as they can at more expensve prices.
But with the Sahana so calm and rest full, nothing too much trouble. I came out of there feeling I was walking on air. Even the head and foot massage fab experience, I felt so calm afterwards that was on another day. Went back 3 times in the end.

Wonderful Oasis away from the hustle of life!

This wonderful little place was recommended by my friend and guide Manoj.

I have been visiting Sri Lanka since 2002 almost yearly, and always have some Ayurvedic treatments!

We had grown tired of the larger places nearby, who charge way too much, and rush you from room to room!

Samitha Sarath and his team here are completely the opposite.
One room for your treatment, and not a constant stream of tourists trapsing past the door.

We returned 3 times in 6 days.

It was wonderful. Even my 70 year old mother loved it here!

Very good prices for treatments.
