We were a local family of five members. The level of service provided at Malu Banna exceeded our expectations and we have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who wants to take part in Watersports in Bentota. Look no further if you wish to do Watersports in Bentota. Malu Banna is The Water Sports Centre.

The hospitality of the personal here is admiring. I came with a friend and he was fishing, caught a red snapper in about 5 minutes!!! The fish was huge and it was so interesting and fun! The owner served us a table right next to the boats, there were candles and live music right next to the lake. I ate shrimps with the garlic sauce, they were amazingly tasty. My friend ate curry chicken and he loved it too. Definitely recommend to visit, I’ll go back to do some jet ski 🎿 thank you for making my vacation iconic 🙏🏻

We got dropped here by our hotel yesterday for some watersports and after debating it for a while decided to do the 15 min jetski for $40 - it seemed quite expensive and you could easily spend a lot here doing multiple things. I wonder if they should look into package deals to try to make it a bit more budget friendly as an all day experience. There was no one else around at the place and they seemed a little standoffish throughout so we didn't feel very confident with this place. However the jetskiing was great and then they took us across on the boat to where you could do the paramotoring (propellors and parachute bike in the sky). They charged $60 for that, I do wonder how much it was if not booked through them but it made it easy. We did have to get in a car with strangers and driven to wherever they were taking us which was rather odd but it was fine in the end. Malu banna has great reviews on TA so I think we caught them on a slow day and therefore it wasn't as good an experience as it could have been.

1. Good quality Jetski - Speedoo 2. Amazing Pilot - Mr. Pubudu is an excellent pilot 3. Many other water sports but we could not do much because of late evening. It got dark. 4. Little expensive. They should reduce the prices to make it picket friendly for visitors. 5. Bargaining is bad activity but it prevails here. So be cautious.

This is a watersports center at River Bentota. Easily locatable from the bridge. They offer a variety of water sports including jetski , banana boats etc. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 kids. Kids were all less than 5. They have a variety of packages at different costs. We decided to go on jet ski. They gave us option to give a short training trip and then two of us can ride it for 15 minutes. But we decided to split into half and all of us will ride with a trainer for 7.5 minutes each. Though they assured that even kids can be taken for some rides, we decided to keep them on shore. A little bit of bargain helped to bring down quoted price by 10 percentage. Our two chaperons , Bubuda and Pubuda were very nice and professional. They seem to have good control and idea regarding how to make the trip exciting with a few sailing gimmicks. They also asked us if we wanted a gentle or wilder ride and gave a smoother ride to less adventurous ones. Equipment seemed to be of high quality and good safety features. Ski was stable even on wildest maneuvers. They had sail and banana boats as well. We didn't try out them. They have a restaurant on top floor. Decent quality food was served. But it was a tad expensive though.
