사립 상설미술관인데 다양한 미술전시를 주로 하고있다. 동물상을 비롯해 섬유미술 환경미술에 이르기까지 다양한 장르를 아우르고 있어 볼거리는 많았다. 관람료는 지역주민 장애인 군인은 무료이고 일반은 1000원.
