This park is where you just want to spend an afternoon lazing and waiting for the sun to set. It is quiet, the people are disciplined. There is a nearby food stall where you can enjoy the local food.

This area is very busy expecially during daytime. Be careful when crossing streets. You could see a number of local restaurants within the area that you can try.

The name Laoag for photo shoot was located near the plaza and the capitol bldg. Kids enjoyed running while viewing the fountain. It was a refreshing afternoon. Humidity was high but with the water feature of the plaza, it helps!

The park itself has not much to offer to tourist if you're after feasting your eyes. But sinanglaw and empanada will surely compensate your frustration.

A MUST stop for anyone visiting Laoag City. Great for daytime or night time strolls alone or with your family/friends. City Hall and Capitol and a shopping mart surround this famous landmark.
