The St. Williams Cathedral was accessible from our hotel. Masses during Sundays are held every hour but one must check when English mass is scheduled. We admired the walls and interiors and were impressed how they were able to preserve it through time.

My family enjoys visiting churches especially old ones. This place was one that we took a lot of photos. The structure and façade of the church is very welcoming.

St. William's Cathedral or the Laoag Cathedral is more or less 30 steps away from the sinking bell tower. These two attractions were our last stop for our city tour and we felt accomplished despite not being able to visit Santa Monica Church in Sarrat. There will be plenty of time to visit it in the future, anyway. :)

After the sinking bell tower visit, one should not miss this site. It's just walking distance. After which, one could proceed with other spot.

Everytime i go to Laoag i make sure to Visit the Cathedral of Laoag. The Cathedral is a beautiful old church located in the Centre of town. Nearby is the sinking bell tower which should not be missed too.

This catherdral is nothing compared to the St.Paul's cathedral in Vigan. Rather smallish with too many renovations and repairs that it has lost its old world feel. It's also discouraging to visit since the church is almost always closed to visitors. One has to be satisfied with outside shots and photos of the facade. Nonetheless, it's a necessary stop because... More

We went to mass at 4:30 am and enjoyed every minute because the church was beautiful! We were dropped off at the main entrance but it was closed and the aft left side entrance was the only way in.The Sinking Bell tower nearby was lit and gave a feeling of spanish era. Mass finished at 4:45 am and transportation back... More

Very beautiful, historical old church. You can still feel the Spanish influence upon the city and it's people.
