I would call this Myanmar's Hawaii, but maybe even more beautiful and so much more reasonably priced!

You feel alone, you are alone. That 8s the best beach we ever had. The fisherboats make it romantic.

Slow pace is just what we we’re looking for. We’ve been throughout SE Asia and Ngapali met our expectations. Folks are friendly, we feel safe, and you get some local culture. If ou’re in the general area, it’s worth a diversion. At the end of...More

We visited during low season (early Oct) and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Water was warm and the beach was pretty clean also which is great considering the beaches we have visited in Asia. The only downside to visiting this time...More

Nice waves, warm water and no jellyfish what more do you want? Go! The beach is the victim of some plastic pollution but I’m hoping with all the attention to the issue it’s going to change.

One of the finest beaches in Myanmar is Ngapali beach. Speechless beautiful beach! Very clean hotel and restaurants are located along the main road.

Amazing. One of the best beaches I've ever been and I've been to quite a lot of beaches. It's quiet, it's peaceful.... It's an ideal destination for relaxation! PS: Not suitable for people who are looking for night life tho.

Try Buffalo Tours for your flights, they may advise on land transport as well, however I think the land option would be very adventurous and long. Most flights between major tourist areas are only 1 hour anyway. Good luck.

Ngapali Beach was very safe and a long way from the troubles in Northern Rakhine. Best way to get there is by plane - lots of airlines fly there - the airport you need to look for is Thandwe - it’s a 15 min ride into the... More
