We stopped here looking for souvenirs and man did we find some. The items inside were all priced extremely well. Most shops in a tourist town jack up prices because they can but here they didn’t do that. The Lady working was very kind and helped those who were trying to get instructions about Springdale. Also, this is one of the nicest/cleanest Visitor Centers I’ve ever been in.

My husband and I visited Zion and Bryce during the Covid lockdown, and had a tremendous experience, largely due to this excellent, well-stocked Visitor Center in Springdale. The "official" one at Zion was closed, so we were grateful to find this one open and easy to see from the main highway. It was likely better, anyway!

This is a family-owned enterprise, and "Kim," the owner, was there the day we stopped by. Friendly and eager to help, she was a wealth of information, and the tips she gave us meant we were able to make the best use of our time. In fact, without her, we would not have known where to go for the nicest hike in the little time we had. We likely would have made a different choice, and not as perfect for us.

In the store portion, there is every kind of brochure, map, t-shirt, postcard, or gift you would like to have for your visit. All we needed was a map, but we got so much more... Kim became a friend. Thank you, Kim! We look forward to our next visit, and we'll be sure to stop by.

The superb assistance and helpfulness. Phil was awesome .... helped me obtain bus passes for in the park, which I was afraid I would not be able to obtain. and he recommend the best restaurants we ate in both days: Bit & Spur and Oscars and the brewery at the park entrance. I always stop at a towns visitor center on any trip and Springdale is top drawer!

We did not go into the Springdale Visitor's Center but since I could not find parking or Springdale shuttle information, I thought I would post it here. We parked near Shuttle Stop #2 arriving about 10:30 am and the cost was $25 for the day. When we tried to get on the Springdale free shuttle, it was already full and we had to walk down to the Zion Entrance and Visitors Center. Shuttles seem to run about every 15-20 minutes which is a long time to wait in my opinion, so we walked back (now uphill) to our car too after a day of hiking in the park.

Almost worthless. We went to ask for suggestions and ideas for our trip at this "privately" own visitor center and didn't get much help out of it. I recommend just going online and looking up ideas there or if you go into the National Park, just ask the park folks and they were very helpful. Heck, even your hotel staff will be better than this place. You would think for a privately owned facility, they would be more helpful and enthusiastic about their services.

Very nice staff and plenty of information for our questions. Got to park for a minimal fee for the whole day and commute by bus into the park. Nice selection of items of and for the park too.

We called in here on our first night in town hoping to get some information on horse riding in the park and hiking closures. Both staff weren't able to tell us anything and suggested we go to the visitors center in the park! We did and found exactly what we wanted so my advice - don't go here because it seemed we were a bother to them!

They have a great crew happy to give advice on what trails to tackle. They've also got some of the items you'll need for your treks.

Great place to stop and get a map of the lay of the land. The visitor center is awesome cause it gives you a map and directs you to and fro through the park. There is a shuttle that takes you to the various spots. This is a great place to start your journey to Zion National Park.

Phil was absolutely my favorite part about this little unplanned stop before I ebiked all of Zion Canyon. I stopped in there looking for coffee (which by the way they have a fantastic cafe as well), but got distracted by the amazing selection of souvenirs. They had extremely unique shirts, stickers, and postcards. I helped myself to a variety of items and had fun raiding the t-shirts trying to find my size and desired color in a particular shirt. After not being able to find it, I settled on the runner up color. I walked up to the counter, where Phil greeted me with a warm welcome. I mentioned not being able to find the shirt and he went out of his way to check his stock and found me the color I wanted! I was elated that I could get myself and my friend matching shirts! (Yes I am silly like that).
What happened next completely wowed me; Phil asked me about my plans while I was in town, and he did so, not just to make small talk, but to actually offer valuable advice. He recommended the best restaurants, places to grab a sandwich for my long hikes planned in the coming days, and he even took out multiple maps and drew the best routes. "You won't want to miss this" was what he said when referring to some AMAZING spots along the narrows. Truly rare to find such genuine care when it comes to customer service where I am from (Las Vegas), so my experience with the Springdale Visitor Center and Phil was both refreshing and restorative in my faith in humanity (lol). If you plan on making Zion a destination in the near future, I highly recommend stopping into the visitor center and asking Phil for some advice, grabbing a coffee, and then getting on your adventure!
Thank you so much for the great tips :) I look forward to coming to ask you more questions and finishing my souvenir shopping before I leave!
