Great info.

Great info on hikes for our family. Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful. We were able to map out our hikes each day a little differently since our 5 year old son was with us.

Worthless...
Jun 2021
Almost worthless. We went to ask for suggestions and ideas for our trip at this "privately" own visitor center and didn't get much help out of it. I recommend just going online and looking up ideas there or if you go into the National Park, just ask the park folks and they were very helpful. Heck, even your hotel staff will be better than this place. You would think for a privately owned facility, they would be more helpful and enthusiastic about their services.

NOT a visitor center, its a shop.

We were excited to go inside for some good information about the area; the girl at the desk just pointed to a thing to scan with our phone and didn't want to be bothered unless we were buying something. This is a tourist-trap gift shop. Drive on by.

Great place to find a nice assortment of Zion specific treasures.

I was helped by a sweet young lady who showed me the pub glasses I ultimately purchased for my sons. So glad I stopped in to see what was inside!

Shuttle Service Needs Improvement
Oct 2020
We did not go into the Springdale Visitor's Center but since I could not find parking or Springdale shuttle information, I thought I would post it here. We parked near Shuttle Stop #2 arriving about 10:30 am and the cost was $25 for the day. When we tried to get on the Springdale free shuttle, it was already full and we had to walk down to the Zion Entrance and Visitors Center. Shuttles seem to run about every 15-20 minutes which is a long time to wait in my opinion, so we walked back (now uphill) to our car too after a day of hiking in the park.

Excellent Assistance

The superb assistance and helpfulness. Phil was awesome .... helped me obtain bus passes for in the park, which I was afraid I would not be able to obtain. and he recommend the best restaurants we ate in both days: Bit & Spur and Oscars and the brewery at the park entrance. I always stop at a towns visitor center on any trip and Springdale is top drawer!

Affordable souvenirs and good information
Aug 2020 • Family
We stopped here looking for souvenirs and man did we find some. The items inside were all priced extremely well. Most shops in a tourist town jack up prices because they can but here they didn’t do that. The Lady working was very kind and helped those who were trying to get instructions about Springdale. Also, this is one of the nicest/cleanest Visitor Centers I’ve ever been in.

Extremely helpful and happy to help us
Jul 2020
We stopped here before checking into our hotel, the gentlemen there was very helpful and ran down all the basics of the Grand Canyon experience and available options. He even suggested the top few restaurants in town and he was spot on, you have to visit the Bit & Spurr!
