We drove up for the day from San Francisco somewhat unprepared but our tour guide Stephanie was enthusiastic, passionate and clearly extremely knowledgeable about the whole park, its history and answered all our questions. We covered a broad area of the park in the two...More

The open air tram is a wonder way to enjoy/visit the park if you can afford to spend only one day at the Park. The tour guide is very knowledgeable. I can see most of the major attractions in two hours. Have to book the...More

Many interesting stories, frequent stops for photos. Bring binoculars to see the climbers. History and references to more information as well as recommendations for what else to see if you have more time. We heard about the Mariposa Grove from the guide.

You have to go to the Valley if you are in the area. I cannot walk and they had a few handicap accessible trails which was so wonderful. There is a 2 hour bus tour that gives you all the high points, geology and history....More

While the Yosemite Valley Floor Tour was rather pricey, Ranger Cindy was a passionate and knowledgeable tour guide. It was great to ride in the open-air tram. The tour stops at tunnel view and valley view, and goes for 2 hours in total.

This is the very best way to see the valley and all the best view points on an open trailer with a very informative Park Ranger giving a full and interesting commentary for the whole 2 hour tour. Ranger Cindy was excellent.

This is all done in an open-air bus, so good weather is a must for a pleasurable ride. They stop at most of the main attraction sites so you can take photos. Other places are mentioned so you at least know what they are. The...More

I called the park in advance and booked a few tours. Try calling 209-372-0200. If you are going in prime season then you need to book early
