We didn't know this place existed until another tourist at the Mammoth Site told us about it. It was a hot day and luckily we had our swimsuits with us so we drove the 10 minutes out of town to visit it. I am glad...More

We stopped at Cascade Falls for the last stop of the day in Hot Springs and we had a FANTASTIC time! At first, I didn’t know if we had driven to the right place, as it’s about an 8-10 minute drive out of town, and...More

We’re outdoorsy/adventurous people so the thought of a remote swimming hole was right up our alley! This was easy to find and cooled us off nicely on a hot summer day! It wasn’t too crowded either. The water had 3 different levels, just enough to...More

We stopped and had a picnic lunch here after our tour at the nearby Wild Horse Sanctuary. The "falls" are very pretty and a short walk from parking area. However, if you're not planning to swim, there's not much else to do than look and...More

Refreshing waterfall for a quick swim on our way out of Hot Springs. You are able to jump in and the water isn’t to cold. There was a crowd of people when we stopped around noon.

This is a recommended stop and local. There are various depths of water in this swimming hole. Clear blue water. Not sure it would be good for younger children. swimming shoes are recommended.

The water here is nice and clear. It’s a natural hot spring. The water is actually cold, but it doesn’t take long to get used to. It was actually a very large area. Make sure not to get in the wrong area, there is the...More

Water was cool and refreshing. There is a shallow end for young kids, people who did not bring swimsuits, and those who just want to dip their feet in the clean water. There is a deep section that is not very big, but is... More

Yes dogs are allowed, when we went a few people brought their dogs to swim or just sit and cool down.
