Not far from Hot Springs the Angostura Rec. Area is a great place for camping or just for an afternoon in the sun. Admission is $6 per vehicle. Restrooms and a restaurant on site. Beach volleyball nets.

Not my cup of tea. Crowded; but, very good facilities. Friendly folks at the check in station. Smaller camp sites than what I am used to.
