This place as a variety of Jazz artists scheduled on various nights for a 5 hour set with short breaks in-between. This place had a great ambiance. After a busy day and the perfect dinner this place was the perfect ending with peace and calmness to wind down to before heading home.

It is a great venue for jazz. It has fine acoustics, intimate atmosphere, a bar, with snacks and tasty sweets.
The piano/trumpet duo there that night was outstanding in their performance, and engagement with the almost full house.
Well done!

Ed Moss, a well-known jazz pianist, owns and operates the Jazz at Schwartz Point club in Cincinnati. The club is in a tiny, old building -- maybe seats 20. He brings in other jazz musicians, some of whom are very well known. The ambience is very cool. If you like jazz, you'll love Ed's club. Say hello to Arthur, his long-time bartender. Also, be prepared -- the bar is cash only! On the weekends, there will be small cover charge.

The music was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing. It wasn't over crowded. Perfect end to a busy day.

Great music, intimate atmosphere. Step into the jazz scene from days gone by....
Reminiscent of the hip jazz spots in Paris.
Ed Moss originally lived in and owned Schwartz’s point but since his passing his daughter has carried on the legacy and this is a must for locals and tourists alike!

I recently visited Schwartz point on a saturday night and was dismayed at how few people were in attendance. This is a Cincinnati institution right in the heart of Over the Rhine where you can experience fresh and genuine jazz in a cozy and eclectic venue. I think it is a must see destination for anyone who lives in Cincinnati or is just visiting. You won't find another place like Schwartz Point.
