I'm new to the bus system in Cincinnati. I live about 8 miles from the University of Cincinnati, where I am now taking classes in their senior audit program (free classes for those over 62). I decided to take the bus rather than having to take a car, find a parking space, pay the U several $$$hundred for parking. There... More

The service is prompt and the bus drivers are very kind. This is certainly the best transportation rate in the city. The schedule was a little hard for me to understand, but you get it after a while.

Seems a lot safer and busier than in years past. A lot of effort and money has attracted a lot of people and new restaurants.

Metro is the best bus company ever caring trusting people run this company. Rode every day and was always treated fairly and saved money too

There are number of interesting sights, sites, and buildings/architecture to see. Old German churches, waist-high iron fences that kept the running pigs out of people's yards, specialty breweries, Findlay Market, etc. there is a lot to see throughout the first 20 or so streets north of the river.

For only a dollar per ride, you can get from downtown Cincinnati and go into Newport and Covington. I only wish they went up to the Zoo. On our return trip from Newport, we were the only riders and our driver was very courteous and shared lots of information with us which enhanced the remainder of our visit.

I decided to familiarize myself with the bus system a few years ago and now I ride the bus to work 2-4 days a week. I love taking the bus anywhere I can. Unfortunately we are low on cross-town transfers. Most connections happen at Government Square in downtown.

Sure there are problems, delays, etc. but you can't beat the price, especially if you are a senior. And you can get to everywhere you want to go with no problem. And if you time it right, you can get on one of the express busses and get there even faster.

This is ridiculous. I have taken the Metro many times. It is not good, it is not bad. It is public transportation! It is NOT an attraction. Stupid ratings.
