I'm new to the bus system in Cincinnati. I live about 8 miles from the University of Cincinnati, where I am now taking classes in their senior audit program (free classes for those over 62). I decided to take the bus rather than having to...More

The service is prompt and the bus drivers are very kind. This is certainly the best transportation rate in the city. The schedule was a little hard for me to understand, but you get it after a while.

Seems a lot safer and busier than in years past. A lot of effort and money has attracted a lot of people and new restaurants.

Metro is the best bus company ever caring trusting people run this company. Rode every day and was always treated fairly and saved money too

This is ridiculous. I have taken the Metro many times. It is not good, it is not bad. It is public transportation! It is NOT an attraction. Stupid ratings.
