Attended Bengals - Packers game today. The seats were comfortable and we had a nice view from the 300 section
Food service was absolutely horrendous. We left our seats right before half time. We were in line for a couple of hot dogs and water until more than halfway through the 3rd quarter.
Should have left the line but after putting in so much time, I wanted something for it.
The middle aged woman seemed uncomfortable with the register, seemed to take the longest trips to fill beer or soda cups, and was just SLOW. Then they had problems with the register. Finally a woman came over to help her. Several people in front of us were equally frustrated as us. Those behind us kept asking what’s going on? At least the other long lines were moving albeit slowly.

Crowd control and parking are horribly unorganized. First, don’t park in the CRG garages unless you get there early and don’t plan on leaving right after the game. Getting out of the garage took an hour. Getting into the garage took an hour CPD does zero crowd control or traffic control. It is a free for all. CPD just stands there looking dumb. Park in downtown away from the stadium or in KY. The walk to the stadium was fine. However, once you get to the stadium they funnel you into one narrow path where thousands are trying to get into the stadium. Cincy is the city where 9 people were crushed to death during a Who concert because of this very thing. They haven’t learned a thing in 40 years. Someone is going to get hurt. It’s crazy. They have people yelling into bull horns but you can’t hear them. If you survive the crushing crowd then I’d advise walking quickly around the stadium to the north to another gate. There you will find no people. It’s the stupidest system I’ve ever seen. The exit is the same way. Funnel you back onto that same walkway with 65k other people. Once in the stadium it is fine. Seats are decent as are the views. Hopefully Cincy fixes the crowd flow better before someone gets seriously hurt. Until then, avoid this cluster and watch from the safety of a sports bar.

Being from Baton Rouge and visiting the SEC stadiums thru the years this professional stadium is lacking and was somewhat disappointing especially since it is located right by the river. the positive was the seat location and the terrific weather. the temperature on Sunday was probably 90 but we sat 2 rows from the top on the sun side and not one ounce of sun hit us. the canopy was perfect and the wind that was blowing that day was terrific. also, the top row was probably the best seat in the house as no one sat behind us so we was able to use that row as well to stretch out.
DO NOT follow parking in the right lane going to stadium, use left lane and park on other side in the garages and go early as obviously city police does not think its important for them to assist in moving traffic along....HORRIBLE!!

Has to be one of the worst NFL stadiums around. 88 degrees, forecast spot on days in advance and certain concession stands are out of bottled water? Lines are ridiculous. In one line they had MSNBC on the TV while the game is being played. Is anyone paying attention?

Sight lines were good. Seats are seats not benches like Lambeau. Glad Vikings only have to come here once every 8 years. Horrible.

Outside of stadium looks great...Banks area and river parks:-) Inside though has as much character as a brown paper bag! Go to Great American BP (Reds) and see am awesome stadium inside and out. Why not orange seats (did someone buy green seats because they got them at a special price?) Why not more nostalgia about PB and past Bengals Greats?
Concession lines at "half time" slower than my 85 year old uncle! Love "The Jungle" songs...but that goofy fight song from some High School in the 1960's? Hopefully going to fix the BUNGLES back into the Bengals!

We came to Cincy for the Bengals / Steelers game in November and although the scoreline wasn't great if you're a Bengals fan, the atmosphere was electric. The stadium is impressive, and on game day, there is plenty of entertainment through the concourse, with live music, things for kids (and big kids) to do, photo opportunities and loads to eat and drink. Home and visiting fans sat together - unheard of in the UK at soccer matches - and it was a great day. Will definitely put it on my "to do" list again.

My kids and I went to the last game of the season, against the Brownies. I'm a Bengals fan and they're Browns fans. Thankfully, we won our second game of the year.

The stadium is nice. Good sight lines. Comfortable seats. It was raining, but we were in the cheap seats up high and under cover - which was really nice.

Food options are in need of improvement. Not much variety.

Access into and out of the stadium was the easiest I've been through.

Hopefully, the team is better next year, so I'll have a desire to come back.

Seems like an older stadium, but decent views for having cheap seats. Liked the padded seats. Food was good, but expensive.

This NFL stadium feels very very old. It's hard to believe that it was built in 2000 and is only 19 years old. The concrete that is evident all around lens to a terribly unaesthetic feel. The last stadium that I felt cold concrete filled to it was Qualcomm which is no longer. The concourses and corridors are all just like concrete Halls. It's amazing how few amenities this stadium has in this day and age. The seats were comfortable and they do have cup holders which is nice. The board's the trinitrons are easy to read. I did like the cheerleaders and all the activities they did at each break seemed fun. They do have a smoking area outside that you have access to. The food options were few they had this basic fear nothing special for the local culture. Best thing about the stadium is it's on the edge of downtown right along the river which makes for easy access plenty of parking and nice restaurants and bars nearby. Was kind of surprised that the lackluster performance of the national anthem I think this is the first Stadium I've been to that doesn't do fireworks or smoke or something during the national anthem. Overall the stadium was very blah. And heck in a cold-weather environment like this city they should have warming stations or at least sell hand warmers in the gift shop for the patrons. Was not impressed and think this is one of the worst stadiums in the NFL. There are good sight lines though from all the seats I'll give it that.
