Shakespeare in the Park

It was a delightful performance for free in the Park and although it threatened rain, the troop carried on

The theater is small, but they are getting ready to move to the new location. There have been several productions we have attended, and never disappointed in any performance.

Romance, comedy, drama...I've seen them all and they were all great! Started visiting here in college and continue to return, bringing along family members too.

I attended opening night of The Great Works (unabridged), kept me laughing, loved the humor, I thought some of the sexual humor was a bit much, but overall, I enjoyed the show.

Took my family of 5 to see the show last night. It was brilliant! The actors were amazing and so talented, per usual. The covered about 200 books. It was screamingly funny. We took our youngest (13), sometimes their humor is a tiny bit racy, just be aware.

Great plan! Parody on several Christmas plays and all done extremely well. Beverages were right priced (not too expensive but not cheap either. I would definitely go back again.

Having seen this group's excellent performance of Titus Andronicus, a couple of years ago, we wanted to see them do Julius Caesar. We weren't disappointed! Besides a great performance, leading actors followed this by a discussion session with interested members of the audience. My wife and I live in Louisville, but this group is well worth driving to Cincinnati; if... More

We are going back soon! We saw Julius Caesar and it was every bit as well-done as what we have seen other venues "known" for Shakespeare--Spring Green WI, Stratford ON, etc. The theatre is small and there is not a bad seat on the house. The price for a seat for the upcoming 2016-2017 season (about half Shakespeare/half other plays)... More

Top flight casts with the real meat of the theatrical library. Cinci Shakes is currently building a fine new venue, but currently do amazing work in a repurposed mini cinema.

Just returned from the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company's production of Jane Austen's "Emma". It was a wonderful done quite nicely in the smaller confines of their stage. We had never been there before. I was very impressed with the quality of the production, and the minimalistic stage settings. Had a wonderful time. If you've not been to CSC, I would recommend...
