Visited during their Final Friday event (the final Friday of each month) and it was nice. We’d never been and it was nice to wander in and out of different artists studios. Many of the artists has wine and light snacks for the attendees to enjoy. Admission is free, and there is valet parking for $10 which we took advantage of. If you’re looking a different Friday night, check this out.

Final Friday was a blast! All 8 floors of unique artists are fantastic. Bring your walking shoes and wallet you will be buying something. One of the best booths in the place is Mark Wavra 207 a must see.

First of all, suck up the $5 and have them park your car. We went down a dead end alley way and were thanking them up one side and down the other to take our car after we backed out of THAT mess. The Karaoke guy out front is AWESOME. He welcomed us and we enjoyed his last tunes cooling off in an Adirondack chair as the evening wound down. Take their advice and use the lift to the 8th floor and work your way down. The event was not long enough to see everything. We realized this early and started editing what studios we went in to. The art was incredible with a huge variety. LOTS of painters but other mediums mixed in as well. If you see it and love it ... BUY IT! We were there on a HOT summer night and can't hold that against them. The building has a personality all of it's own. Be sure to enjoy/appreciate it as well. Enjoy the off season everyone and GO!

I have been to Pendleton's Final Friday's on a couple of occasions and found it to be an interesting experience. This is a great way for local artists to have studio space and to display and sell their artwork and the Final Friday's seem to be very popular. Some artists go out of their way and offer visitors wine and cheese to keep them browsing. There are several floors of studio space and a few areas where you can purchase food and drinks.

Just a walk-through to browse is enjoyable and interesting. This place is more suited to adults and maybe design-interested older kids. This is my idea of fun...and would be for anyone who enjoys design or appreciates wanting to make your home nicer.

There are so many wonderful artists working in the Pendleton building and the final Friday evening of each month is the time to go enjoy the art and the scene. Valet parking makes it easy. Make a night of it by preceding your visit with a meal or drinks and appetizers at one of the great restaurants on Vine Street in Over-The-Rhine. Highly recommended!

Final Friday was a blast! You have to go planning to bring home at least one piece of art. There are so many unique artists, you are bound to find something you like. Bring some cash for wine and snacks. I think some of the artists take credit cards, but others did not.

We love going to the Pendleton Art Center on the Final Friday of the month. So many wonderful and diverse artists selling their work from their studio spaces. It's always a fun, friendly and lively crowd and you will find it interesting to go through this historical building in one of Cincinnati's oldest neighborhoods, Over the Rhine, (OTR). It's fabulous if you're looking for art work to buy or just look to have fun.

I remember when the overall quality of the "art" at Pendleton varied from mediocre to good. All that has changed in recent years as more talented artists have taken up residence there. It now ranges from average to incredibly good! And the incredibly good artists have greatly increased in number. Don't miss Final Friday. Start on the first floor -- the photographers there are rapidly gaining a national reputation. It changed my mind about photography as art. I loved it! Then take the elevator to the eighth floor and walk down. Most of the vendors offer wine, cheese, and snacks. Well worth a visit!
