First of all, if you have never been to a ballet, give it chance before passing judgment. These are incredible dancers. A good show to start with, which is conveniently the first of the season, and my continuous favorite - The New Works, it never disappoints.

Saturday afternoon February 13th performance of Cinderella reflected the spirit of young dancers in the greater Cincinnati area. All dancers worked together with elegance and smiles to the delight of the audience. The dancing blended with the music while the music inspired the dancers. Watching the Conductor was an added benefit. The choreography and Artistic directing demonstrate what Cincinnati has... More

What a fun, creative, beautifully danced show. Refreshed with new sets, choreography (loved the sisters!), amazing lighting, and terrific dancers. Year after year this ballet company produces wonderful works. Their commitment to the community and its children is impressive. The kids in the audience were enthralled.

Talk about breathtaking!, this was my first visit to the Cincinnati Ballet, needless to say, I was in awe of how I knew exactly what was going on without them saying a word! The orchestra, the dancers, the costumes, the magic, all of it was spectacular!! I especially loved the adorable bumble bees that came flying down from the ceiling... More

Unfortunately, todays audiences with so many attractions to attend sometimes overlook real gems in our city. The Cincinnati Ballet performance at the Aronoff Center, of the Lady of the Camellias was one of the most beautiful performances for the eyes and ears. Victoria Morgan the artistic director and CEO pulled off a coup with this presentation. The live musicians (from... More

I recently had the pleasure of watching Mozart's Requiem with my mom. The venue was beautiful and it had a good layout/ rise to the seated rows to allow for good viewing of the stage. Beverages and snacks were available for purchase and allowed inside. We enjoyed a fruity champagne drink. We had a wonderful time watching the beautiful, talented... More

Went with a group of 9 to see this ballet, including 3 children, and everyone had a ball! The venue is beautiful, there is plenty of parking nearby, and the service staff was great. Don't forget to bring cash for the snacks and drinks though! Concessions don't take cards, and they only have 1 ATM on site so the long... More

I took my wife to Alice In Wonderland ballet for Valentines Day at the Arnoff Center in Cincinnati. The staff were more than willing to help and very friendly. We were able to park close by for $6 and walk in without a problem. We checked our coats and enjoyed sone refreshments before the show. They had wine, beer, sodas... More

We went with the grandchildren to The Nutcracker (Sugar Plum Parade) on December 23, 2014. I have seen the Nutcracker many times, and several times when it was performed at Music Hall. I think the technology literally took over, and not to a positive end. The entire story was confusing not just to the 7 and 9 year old with... More

I am not a huge fan of the ballet, I will admit. So I can't go in to details on the dancers' skills as opposed to other groups. I can say that the scenery was well done, the orchestra was flawless, and the dancers did well.
