Pretty impressive to have a city named after Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus, a hero of the Roman Republic in the fifth century B.C. This statue is in an easy to view location, right on the river.

what can I tell ya? He is big, He is historic. Cincinnatus is the name sake of the city. a real tourist will stop here marvel at him, take a picture and move on down the trail.

It is nice to see part of the history of Cincinnati. There are a number of things to see down there and nearby. As another reviewer mentioned the people you see there are friendly and it has always felt safe.
