Nestled in the city, you wouldn't imagine how large this forest is. There are multiple entrances and it is large enough to get lost but overall beautiful. They have some ponds and trails, gazebos and beautiful vegetation. Definitely a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life, and even better, it's only a few... More

I took my young boys to Mount airy forest to explore the Tree House, It was very cool, We then explored some of the nature paths and then off the the large playground. There were many options to choose from, We have also used this park for family pcitures located by the gazebo. It is a beautiful park.

The Good: large, fairly maintained, free, trails, good location The Bad: city and highway noise, mixed maintenance, area not so great This is a large park with gardens, trails, forest and a large pond. It's a nice place for a picnic or a little exercise. It's pretty but the maintenance is a little spotty. I have never seen it crowded... More

Beautiful park. We use to drive here every weekend with our grandkids to see the wild deer and sometimes walk around near the Atrium. We have not been there but a couple of times this year because the deer are missing. They were the big draw to that park since Winton Woods and Sharon Woods are closer.

Why do I love Cincinnati? It's many beautiful and accessible parks is one of the reasons. Mount Airy Forest is large urban park located within the city limits. There are trails for hiking, roads for biking, pavilions, picnic areas and a disc golf course. I enjoyed a very relaxed weekend afternoon walking the trails and savoring the emerging spring foliage.... More

Great hiking trails! One of the best disc golf courses around and one of the largest parks in the Cincinnati area. There are some suspect places in and around the park and locals are weary of this park but I have been going here for years and never had any trouble. Just keep your wits about you and don't be... My wife and I went for some snow-covered hiking in Mt. Airy Forest. We had some trouble locating the trail heads, but once we did, the trails were relatively easy to follow. The trail we chose was beautiful in the snow, although the noise from the cars on Colerain Avenue took away some of enjoyment of being out in nature.... More

Brought my dog here for some walking. It's a beautiful park for walking. Plenty of disc golfers when we visited, so be prepared to dodge some Frisbees if you make your way onto the course.

I grew up going to this park. It's still as beautiful now as it was then. Great place to have family reunions and cookouts.
