Six dollars to park. Walk a 1/2 mile to the entrance. Stand in a line that snakes around 4 times. Look at prices. They are staggered. See the museums 14.50. You want to see omnimax movies 19.00. By the way, don't bother going if you...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
If I purchase tickets online, do they have to be printed or can I just show them on my phone?

The Museum Center will accept your tickets from your phone as long as you can pull up the PDF and can show the barcode.
What is the best option to save money for admission? I see on their website there's a discount for adult+child, but often times businesses have unpublished discounts such as educator, AAA, government employee, etc. Anyone know the least expensive route to go, before I order online? I realize I can call the museum myself but appreciate visitors' experiences.

WE just went for the Viking exhibit and there is not much else to see right now. I always try to use AAA when I can as it often seems to offer the best discount.
We are planning a trip this weekend to the Museum and Omni, however I just saw a post from another user that this facility is closed due to renovations, but there is nothing posted on the website. I called but didn't get a response. Just want to be sure we know BEFORE we buy tickets online! Also, if it is open, is it better to be there first thing in the morning? We have never been, and all the exhibits seem really exciting! Can anyone provide their experience with the National Parks Adventure Omni presentation? Would it be entertaining for a 6 & 11 year old? Thanks!!
