I came to Dunham Cellars as part of a wine-themed cruise aboard the SS Legacy (UnCruise) where we plied the Columbia River for a week tasting some of the best wines on both the Oregon and Washington side. What is unique about Dunham Cellars is that they are actually located on the airport grounds and have re-purposed a hangar to... More

Very Good Wines excellent Syrahs here. Enjoyed the wine tasting and info about the winery. Very relaxed tasting room, the back of the tasting room is an old restored barn like airplane hangar with many tables for events and groups. I saw many retail items & art, some items connected to the actor Kyle Maclachlin their wine partner. Great parking... More

Awesome building, great affordable wines, locally owned and operated. They have a great room that is wonderful for wedding receptions, class reunions and larger gatherings. We miss you Mike.

We came to Dunham with two other couples on a rainy day. The tasting room was really crowded, but the staff did an excellent job of providing tastings to everyone around the large tasting room. We loved the Christmas tree made with stacks of wine bottles. The tastings took longer than normal because of the number of peoplk, but our... More

Located near the Walla Walla airport, this sits in an area with at least a dozen tasting rooms in a few blocks. The ambiance was terrific, staff friendly and wine okay. It was their release weekend, so they also offered some food. They have private label balsamic vinegars and a large gift shop. The wine bottle tree is something to... More

Nice wines in a funky tasting room that is fun and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and was great at telling their story which is interesting and unusual.

We had a group of 5 ladies.. This was our last stop for the day. The wines were okay. The tasting room was very cool and inviting. The service was awful. The guy who started our tasting was nice but the lady that finished us out was not nice. One of us ladies asked for a glass of wine. The... More

We’re sorry your experience at our tasting room didn’t meet our high standards. There was a miscommunication regarding a wine that is not typically poured in our tasting room, and it wasn’t communicated effectively on our part. If you do visit Walla Walla again please enjoy a complimentary tasting for your group with us and we’re sure we can make... More

The Dunham wines are quite good and you may like wonderful location in an old aircraft hanger. You can still smell the faint odor of oil in the large and expansive hanger/tasting room/gift shop. The wine maker is also an artist and much of his work is on display.

This winery is in an old airplane hanger. I was worried it would be too hot - but their a/c works just fine and they have decorated it so you would never know what it was in another life. A comfortable tasting room, cute winery dogs, and a nice gift shop. Oh - and the wines are delicious.
