We stayed in the pool cabana and had a wonderful experience. Woody checked us in and he was great. The estate was beautiful, elegant and relaxing, we can't wait to return again. We loved the pool and the vineyards. The staff was knowledgable, entertaining and we learned a great deal. Of course, the wine was phenomenal! A few of our... More

This is a gorgeous property where you can taste outside and practically smell the grapes growing (time of year?) Very good wines and a pleasant tasting experience.

My bridesmaids and I stayed in the house during our girls weekend getaway before my wedding. It was a wonderful weekend getaway in a casual elegance setting. The big house had lots of nooks for privacy and large areas for a group of people. The furniture was extremely plush and comfortable. Perfect for lounging with a glass of wine and... More

Took a trip to the winery with my girlfriends it was the most beautiful place. absolutely an amazing experience, so much so I didn't even want to leave if you ever have a chance to visit or stay there I wholeheartedly recommend it. I'm hoping to do a Couple's Retreat next

This winery was once a private residence and I'm going to assume that is what the high ratings are for. The wine is OK but we didn't purchase any and won't go back. If you just want to look at a pretty house then by all means take a look. If you want really quality wine keep going.

I attended a Spring Barrel tasting for Nocking Point wines at this winery. The service staff was outstanding and helped to explain the wines offered by Basel Cellers (which was served alongside Nocking Point wines). The grounds were absolutely beautiful and exactly what you want when you visit a vineyard. The outdoor patio was comfortable and they have games to... More

This winery was an unexpected stop, but it was very nice. It sets up on a ridge and is quite majestic of the log variety. The tasting room was large and held quite a few people. We tried several wines and settled on one that suited us and a couple of bottles later we were onto to the next vineyard!

Pulling up to the Estate, it is incredibly beautiful. The woodwork is amazing. Walking inside, the tasting room does not hold up to the beauty of the grounds and outside of the building. The wines are good and beautifully presented. We actually ended up buying two bottles and decided to go back and buy the reserve Cab Sauv to open... More

Visited Basel Cellars last weekend in Walla Walla for wine release weekend. The place was beautiful and the wines excellent. Wanted to say that while it was very busy, one of the tasting room employees, Megan Tegland provided us outstanding customer service. She made sure we were well attended to, explained to us all about the different wines and vineyards.... More

If you are lucky enough to get away to Walla Walla then you must stop at Basel Cellars Estate Winery. The Estate is just breathtakingly beautiful. We tasted wine with Megan who was absolutely delightful. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Megan made a gloomy, rainy day bright and sunny. I can't wait to go back to visit and... More
