Reserved a 12:30 pm shared shuttle in advance from Waikiki to airport. Got confirmation fr SS.
Day before pick up I got text saying Noel in a Nissen Rogue would pick me up. I confirmed.
Day of PU I waited outside w/luggage starting at 12:15 pm per instructions. At 12:45 pm I called SS and after a long hold was given an apology and suggestion to Uber or cab it since they did not have a van available to fulfil their promises of a ride. I had previously checked Uber (in spite of not having an account) and was quoted over double the SS shared rate and cabs are $50 or more + tip. Told the phone lady those were not good options. She worked with the dispatcher (mahalo nui loa and 5 stars to them) and finally a SS shared van picked me up at 1:30 just in time for me to make my flight. Minus 5 stars to SS for the grief and stress they caused me.

My wife and I flew into Kauai after a record setting rainstorm left almost no taxi, Uber and Lyft service. The friendliest Speedishuttle driver gave her only un-booked seats to us because we desperately needed a shuttle and her other pax happened to be going to either our Sheridan hotel or the nearby Grand Hyatt. After providing a super running narrative describing most everything her pax would enjoy on Kauai, she privately and carefully explained Speedishuttle policy does not permit her taking payment for the shuttle by credit card or cash. Instead she gave us a Speedishuttle business card and asked me to phone in my payment. I tried twice, but was told Speedishuttle would take no payment for a shuttle unless it was pre-booked. Speedishuttle: please do not penalize our driver if she in this instance acted out of policy. She did the right thing where a policy waiver was most certainly in order in our unusual circumstances. Because of her service, my wife and I have a positive impression of Speedishuttle on Kauai and plan to use Speedishuttle on our next visit.

Worst shuttle company ever. I use to use this company about 8 years ago and stopped because they were always 20-40 minutes late requiring me to rush thru the airport.
I tried them again last week for an evening pick up for transportation to the Maui airport. Made my reservation well ahead of time. Received a confirmation email and a confirmation phone call as to the date, time and place of pickup. Driver never showed up. I tried calling the two phone numbers I had. One a recording came on saying it was their reservations and was closed for the evening. The other was an 877 number that was from the confirmation phone call I got. Called multiple time over 45 minutes and it was always busy. I could not find any other number listed on their website for after hours communication. I received no communication from them about them not picking me up.
When i called the next day I received no reason and no apology. Just they will refund my payment in 7-10 days.
Luckily a friend who normally is 30 minutes away was in my area and gave me a ride to the airport and I made my flight.

After booking 3 x Private transfers for a group with 10 pieces of luggage over a month in advance, was told when I called to confirm that there was no guarantee the transfers would be private (despite me booking directly on their website and receiving emailed confirmations) and that it was likely “dispatch would fiddle with my booking” the night before according to how many drivers they have.
DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL.
Woeful service, will never use this company again.

The gentleman was so nice when we got in. I really suggest doing this as it is my second time in Hawaii and I am so happy we did it this time

Paid for a reservation to transport us from Maui Airport to our hotel. Never showed!, couldn't get through by phone or email😡 they suck!

Our tour host Paul was amazing! He was very knowledgeable on the history and culture of Hawaii. Paul took great care to insure our day was filled with not only seeing great sites and information on history but made our transitions from activities seem less and worry free. Definitely would recommend the tour with Paul!

The Driver was very punctual (even though my flight was delayed a few times) and sincerely friendly. His Service was very much appreciated. The trip into Princeville was smooth riding and comfortable.

Arrival was fine- on time pick up where indicated and we were only passengers. Driver talked the whole 30 min drive. It was a lot. Same story 10 different ways. Too much after and 8 hour flight. Return was terrible: called to confirm pickup but needed to change time. No one answered the phone or returned any of the 3 messages left. Ended up at the airport 2 hours early- not a fun end to the trip.

Whether it's $15 or $18 it's not worth it when your belongings go missing and they try everything to make you go away because they will never take any responsibility for your loss. So less worry about a few dollars and have more concern for your belongings will save you a lot of money in the long run!
