Our boat tour was about an hour and a half. The crew really went out of their way to make sure a good time was had by all. If you want to experience one of the best sunsets ever, book this excursion. Hawaii is known for its sunsets but the Captain really delivers by placing us offshore by Diamond Head

We have been on this particular boat about 5 times now for daytime, sunset and fireworks tours. While we only have a couple of dinner cruises to compare it to, we can say that we recommend the Haleiwa Queen and her crew for anyone who is looking for a nice ride that doesn’t take advantage of you. Mahalo for your customer service...we were out with them for 2 trips this visit....plenty of turtles yesterday and a double rainbow over Diamond Head on the sunset cruise last Friday. We will absolutely be back.

Just the best choice I could have made for our 3 generations adventure. We all loved the 360 degree views as we moved around on the spacious boat. Cruised through and around many activities on the water......such as surfers, kayakers, schools of fish and even whales spouting. Sunset was beautiful but partially obscured at times by passing clouds. The “crew” consisted of Jason and Mariah who were very informative about what we should be ready to look for as Jason moved us from sight to sight.

Better customer service! We live in Canada and I have been trying for months to get a refund on the 10 person trip we booked. Was told they are working on refunds, now emails bounce back, phone calls are not returned and No refund. Very unprofessional. We are all suffering and my senior parents paid for this as a gift for their children and grandchildren, and would like their money back!

If you choose to book with this company, be prepared to sit on a hot pier for at least 30 minutes and leave disappointed because the tour guild stood you up. I really wish I could give them 5 stars but when you don’t show up or call people on the tour to cancel, it’s tough. They Never called, but I finally received an email apologizing for scheduling error, three days later and said they would be refunding me. Personally I feel like it was very unprofessional and not good business practices.

The crew on this boat was outstanding and made up for the dissapointment in the 'glass bottom' . There are a few viewing areas to lean over and try to see fish, but mostly you see nothing. If you are looking for an enjoyable one hour sail with awesome view of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head, this is it, but if you are truly looking for glass bottom and fish viewing, this is not it!!!!

This is more of a party boat than anything else. There were 4 glass ports you could stand around to view the water, not truly a glass bottom boat as was expected. Also when we purchased the tickets, it stated that drinks were included, even the e-mail confirmation and the reminder had this information. All that you get is water in small disposable cups with the foil peel off top, very difficult for kids to sip on. For these reasons I feel that there was false advertising. Yes there was music and a view of diamond head, but I was very disappointed in the whole experience for this price compared to other sunset cruises I have been on during my visit to other islands.

the boat captain was very helpful, courteous and showed us a good time. He even found whales. unfortunately many people on the boat were allowed to laugh and talk loudly close to us with masks down or off which made us very uncomfortable. Due to the lack of masks, I can’t recommend to others at this time.

Great option for a sunset cruise if you're on a budget, $51 (senior rate) for 90 min cruise. Nice view of sunset and as a bonus we were entertained by spinner dolphins for part of the ride. The boat went out almost to Diamond Head then turned around and headed back. Parking was available on the west (Ewa) side of the boat harbor (Kewalo Basin), paid by phone app. Quick and easy from Waikiki. It can rock a bit if there's a good swell (like we had) so if you get queasy, take motion sickness meds and stay in the middle of the boat.

We were able to snag a last minute Sunset cruise on Friday, Oct 8. The crew was great and took us out to get an amazing view of Diamondhead and the sunset. The boat was great too - one person in my party is sensitive to motion sickness. Although the water was a a little choppy with some Dramamine and a crew that found steady water everyone made it without issues.

They are a Local company and they suggested other local companies to check out - home run on those as well! If you have a few hours to get out on the water I highly suggest it.
