It took one quick phone call to arrange our shuttle from and back to the airport. Both drivers were on time, friendly and just great! Price was totally reasonable and the vans were very clean. Highly recommend.

I have used a different service for years and unfortunately they are no longer. So thru extensive research I happened upon this company. Folks they are the real deal. Everything they advertise was exactly what we received. We had plans change and they accommodated with ease!! I will certainly use this service on future travels to Hawaii.

The service was excellent. As soon as we landed Brian was calling and providing helpful information to assist with getting luggage and where to meet. They made what is often a stressful situation seem easy and routine. They accommodated our extra baggage and stops. Great rates too! Could not ask for more!

Probably the best tip you will get .on arrival taxi will charge between $35 abd $42 dollars which is what we hot stung with. Just outside doors on left is a wall with 3 telephones .from here you can call various shuttle bus e's for about $10 pp. Ironically going back to the airport is totally different story....transfers are between $6.85 and $12 pp.our reception desk told us $12 then I noticed in the back of the Ohau magazine everyone offers for $6.

We picked Aloha Airport Shuttle as our transport from the airport to our hotel in Waikiki. What a great decision! Jay was waiting when we cleared the airport as promised and while heading to our accommodation, he imparted some "local" knowledge and recommendations re tours, eating etc. His service and demeanour was so impressive that we later booked him to take us to the Cruise Terminal, pick us up after our cruise and transfer us back to the airport at the end of our holiday. I would recommend Jay and his guys to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

We arrived during rush hour on a Friday. The flight was 30 minutes late, the luggage took an hour to come off baggage claim. But our driver, Tony called and let us know he was aware of the situation and reassured us he would be waiting when we got out. He then loaded our luggage in his immaculate van and expertly navigated the heavy traffics to our resort. We were so glad we chose Aloha Airport Shuttle!

The Best Shuttle Service in Hawaii I have started using Aloha Airport Shuttle exclusively and recommend this is for one and all. The service is the best around, prompt and efficient. I believe they have the best rates in town. It is essentially a private shuttle (not a shared ride) and very economical for a family. They charge a flat rate based on zones around Oahu so you know what you’ll need to pay.

Cannot say enough good things about owner Jay and his service. Picked us up on time even though our flight was an hour early, took to Turtle Bay but we got within 10 min of resort and had to turn back because of major road accident, so we then had to detour the long way around and he still only charged us the set fee (50 min trip took over 2 hours). Used him 2 more times while in Waikiki and great service, funny stories too.

As part of a group of four "Over 55" ladies(with lots of luggage) traveling we booked Aloha Airport Shuttle based on great Trip Advisor reviews. We needed transport from airport to a hotel in Ko Olina, then a few days later from there to the Cruise Ship Pier, a week later from pier to hotel again and then finally from hotel to airport. All reservations were handled by Jay, the owner (who was also the driver on 2 occasions). Kai was the other driver and both gentlemen were extremely helpful, on time, full of information and quite entertaining.
On each occasion, I received a phone call the night before a transfer to confirm pick up time and location. Jay was most helpful in suggesting the best times for arrival and departure for the start and end of cruise as well as departure from hotel to airport to allow lots of time pre-flight (and accounting for the Honolulu morning traffic patterns).
No deposit in advance was requested, fares were very competitive, and cash or credit cards were acceptable at the end of each transport.
Have recommended them, without hesitation to several friends and now to Trip Advisor readers.

We called Aloha Airport Shuttle the night before our trip to Honolulu and set up a pick-up with Jay ahead of the busy Pro Bowl weekend. Had no problems booking, got a reasonable rate, and everything went as planned. Got pickup instructions by text and Jay was ready and waiting for us as soon as we had our baggage. He was friendly and professional, and pointed out some historic sites on our way to the Hyatt Waikiki (which is also a great hotel, by the way). We were more than happy to find Aloha Airport Shuttle, and didn't hesitate to call Jay for our return trip a few days later, which also went well.

Hi. The price from Honolulu airport to the Embassy Suites Waikiki was $30USD. I think the best thing would be to ring or email Jay at Aloha for more accurate information.

We used Aloha Airport Shuttle and were very pleased with the service and cost. If you read my review, you'll see why. We travel extensively and like to be treated as valued guests which is how the owner Jay treated us. The one-way trip charge was $30 plus a tip. It may vary depending on your destination.
