I just have to write this review to rave about the coordinator behind this company: his name is Jay. And of course - thanks to the drivers that were dispatched to pick me up. From the time I arranged for my airport shuttle to and from HNL/Inouye, Jay has been very responsive and professional on all communications. This set the tone of my expectation. I knew I was dealing with a reputable company.
When I arrived at the HNL airport, my ride was already waiting for me, with a text from the company providing needed info to identify my driver and where to meet him. Then, when I left, it's the same active communication of the driving informing me that they are coming to pick me up at specific time. Both rides were timely and the drivers were professional and friendly.
The roundtrip ride fee is very reasonable, which is why I gave ample tips to the drives - to total about the same amount I would have paid if I used UberXL. I just think that they deserve great tips.
Thanks to the Aloha Airport Shuttle team for making my trip stress free. It can be very challenging to find a reliable airport shuttle company right now, given the influx of travelers to Hawaii.

We used this service in Maui to get to and from the hotel. We were traveling with young children; they provided a car seat for our little one and we had an entire minivan for our transfer at a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend this company. They were cheaper than the Lyft/Uber options so we decided to try them to get to our hotel. We liked them so much we booked them to pick us up at the hotel to take us back to the airport. They had great communication and both times our drivers were on time. They made the process really easy at an affordable rate. They were great!

We chose this service for the great reviews and great price for 4 adults. We cleared customs and rang on the toll free number and our driver was already there. Comfortable, private service straight to our hotel and our driver told us about the local area. We used the same service on the way back to the airport and it was consistent. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Used them on 4 trips in Honolulu to the airport. Set rate and easy to schedule a trip. Drivers courteous, professional and on-time. Highly recommend this service. No, I wasn’t paid for my review. Just a very satisfied customer.

It took one quick phone call to arrange our shuttle from and back to the airport. Both drivers were on time, friendly and just great! Price was totally reasonable and the vans were very clean. Highly recommend.

I have used a different service for years and unfortunately they are no longer. So thru extensive research I happened upon this company. Folks they are the real deal. Everything they advertise was exactly what we received. We had plans change and they accommodated with ease!! I will certainly use this service on future travels to Hawaii.

The service was excellent. As soon as we landed Brian was calling and providing helpful information to assist with getting luggage and where to meet. They made what is often a stressful situation seem easy and routine. They accommodated our extra baggage and stops. Great rates too! Could not ask for more!

Probably the best tip you will get .on arrival taxi will charge between $35 abd $42 dollars which is what we hot stung with. Just outside doors on left is a wall with 3 telephones .from here you can call various shuttle bus e's for about $10 pp. Ironically going back to the airport is totally different story....transfers are between $6.85 and $12 pp.our reception desk told us $12 then I noticed in the back of the Ohau magazine everyone offers for $6.

We picked Aloha Airport Shuttle as our transport from the airport to our hotel in Waikiki. What a great decision! Jay was waiting when we cleared the airport as promised and while heading to our accommodation, he imparted some "local" knowledge and recommendations re tours, eating etc. His service and demeanour was so impressive that we later booked him to take us to the Cruise Terminal, pick us up after our cruise and transfer us back to the airport at the end of our holiday. I would recommend Jay and his guys to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Hi. The price from Honolulu airport to the Embassy Suites Waikiki was $30USD. I think the best thing would be to ring or email Jay at Aloha for more accurate information.

We used Aloha Airport Shuttle and were very pleased with the service and cost. If you read my review, you'll see why. We travel extensively and like to be treated as valued guests which is how the owner Jay treated us. The one-way trip charge was $30 plus a tip. It may vary depending on your destination.
