I don’t have other circle island tours to compare but I guess you sort of “have to” do a circle island tour when you are in Oahu. I went with this company mostly because Groupon deal (wait for days when Groupon offers even bigger discounts). My biggest complaint is the small van (we have 19 people in the tour and I think it pretty much filled up the whole van), dirty/uncomfortable Seats, guide also didn’t cover his mouth when speaking (well he had a mask but just didn’t cover nose or mouth). I know the social distancing/masking policy is being relaxed but still... Macademia farm stop was best because you can taste all kinds of macademia and coffee for free there. Other stops were just ok, but again I do see most tour buses stop in the same stops...at least we get to experience a bit of the north shore without having to pay $300 plus parking per day to rent a car...Because of Groupon, we didn’t feel we were ripped off but if I paid full price, I prolly would feel differently.

They called and canceled on us days before our scheduled tour due to overbooking. This is unfortunate since Pearl harbor tours are booked well in advance and difficult to find last minute. We were confirmed and had tickets for 5 and they told us they only had 4 seats. I'm not sure how this company is running or how their booking system allows this to happen. Be careful and double confirm that you have a seat if you are booking with this company. I have sent them two messages regarding a refund and still have not received a response.

Warning ⚠️ ⛔️ Less then 1 rating The guide was great at her job, she was very knowledgeable and kept us on time. That was the ONLY great thing about this experience. It was a true disappointment. We expected lots of Food AND BITES on this tour and there were not which is almost comical but we weren’t laughing. Fortunately we had a light breakfast before hand. Lunch is NOT included in the hefty PRICE of the sights and BITES tour. We stopped at one food truck and we PURCHASED our lunch, CASH only. That was a bait and switch in my opinion, food is always included on a food and/or bites tour, you usually don’t have to pay more unless you want to tip. We started with a pastry, the guide gives out at first stop of the tour. It was good and sights were as well of course, it’s Hawaii every sight is beautiful:) The pastry and the coffee and nuts at another stop were the ONLY bites that we didn’t have to PAY EXTRA for. Another stop was a produce stand where we PURCHASED some local fruits. The last stop was Dole pineapple, they SOLD tickets to ride the train (the wait was 2 hours so not an option for us) or go through the maze. We did not PURCHASE those and felt one or the other should have been included in the PRICE. They of course had lots to BUY in the gift shop. Not even samples of pineapple on a BITES TOUR! Ha! At that point I was not surprised but extremely disappointed and felt it’d have been better to have taken a local bus ride instead of this waste of time and MONEY!! To the company, the name of this should be Sights Tour! If I didn’t expect any bites, my perspective would have been different. We TIPPED the guide based on her guidance instead of our expectations of this tour. Thanks.

It is better to take city bus and go around. City bus cost only $5.50 compare to $129. Dole pineapple tour was cancelled. They never informed us. If we would have know we didn't go on this tour. Dole was not replaced with anything. The drive told us she will take us to palace, turtles and statue in Honolulu but she never did. The bus stopped an hour at shave ice place for an hour which was totally waste of time. The tour never stopped at any beach. Before going on the tour I asked which beaches it will go but they never let me know. They must return our money. We spend $240 which we could have done for $6.50 ($4 for 2 senior and $2.50 for kid) for 3 of us. Please save money, time for not taking this tour.
