At Pure Aloha Adventures, a woman owned business, we offer a variety of water adventures for all skill levels. Our most popular is the Hanauma Bay guided snorkel where you can see over 400 different varieties of marine life. This is a small group tour with no more than 5 people per group! It's great for beginners and experienced alike! If you want to be sure to see turtles on your Hawaiian vacation you can also join our Honolulu snorkel with turtles, where you will get the chance to swim with turtles. Other fun activities include whale watching and scuba diving or to try your hand at stand up paddle boarding. We offer SUP lessons for beginners and SUP rentals for experienced paddlers. So come, join us, and have the adventure of a lifetime! We promise you will leave feeling like part of our ohana and not just a guest on a tour!

This is a great value for your hard-earned money! I have not been to Hawaii in twenty-five years, and this snorkeling trip is the “Aloha” spirit I remember. The seasoned captain was experienced, sharing his cautionary seafaring tales of snorkeling. The vibrant crew is “Below Deck” intriguing and so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous. On our trip, we saw sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of all shapes and sizes. At the end of the trip, we were treated to an ice cold beverage and Hawaiian kettle chips. My preteen son and I enjoyed ourselves immensely and are so happy with the memory. Thank you!

We had the best time on our tour! We booked the photo package and I’m so glad we paid the extra $29 for it! It was so worth it and our guide Nyle made sure to get lots of pictures and videos for us! We just got them back and they look amazing! The tour itself was great! Nyle pointed out unique fish to us and there are so many things we would have missed without her there to point them out! Truly amazing and worth every penny.

Had a great time! Our guides and captain were the best! Got to see lots of fish and turtles which was the best! Small group of snorklelers which was nice and also sailing back was a great touch too. Would definitely go again!

Nyle was our guide and she was really lovely! As a non swimmer, she guided me how to be relaxed on the water, and reminded to take a break. The snorkelling gear was clean and a floater was provided as well! I recommended Nyle and this tour everyone!

We booked a guided snorkel to Hanauma Bay. We opted to meet our guide, Nyle, there. She contacted us ahead with clear instructions on parking etc. She was an absolute gem. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She had all our gear and patiently explained everything. I was a bit apprehensive but quickly relaxed as she put us all at ease. We had an incredible time. We saw tons of fish and enjoyed the beautiful beach.. My 20 year old proclaimed it the 'best thing she's ever done!' Highly recommend!

This amazing bay looks like something out of a Hollywood movie. Nature at its finest! Pure Aloha Adv’s guide, Nyle, is terrific. Her enthusiasm and excitement matched these first timer’s exuberance. She is helpful, patient and professional but most of all fun. Thank you PAA & Nyle for making this guided snorkel trip a lasting memory. D & M

Brilliant time snorkeling with turtles, very informative and wonderful experience. Also saw lots of different fish and sea life. Trip catered for all levels of experience so even if you are not a confident swimmer you can still participate - you are accompanied in the water by staff Can still see the odd turtle 🐢 if you don't swim and stay on the boat.

I grew up on the North Shore but since we had a hard time getting tickets to get into Hanauma Bay, we decided to join this snorkel tour. I had booked the 7:15 am snorkel tour but on second thought I called and spoke to Ava to see if I could switch the time. She gave me lots of useful advice so I decided to keep my original time. I'm glad I did when I got there the next day because there was a long trail of cars waiting to go into the parking lot at 6:45 in the morning. If you didn't have a reservation, you are sent into a different line away from the main parking lot. Nyle had contacted me the day before to give me her cell # so we could keep in contact the day of the tour. We really enjoyed her company. We liked the small group size (of maximum 5 people) because the previous day we went snorkelling with turtles and there were 40 people on the boat. Nyle made a big effort to be accommodating to all our needs (especially because this was our little one's second time snorkelling). We ended up staying for a few more hours and visiting the local spots that Nyle had recommended. We had a great time and would not hesitate to join another Pure Aloha Adventure tour in future!

One of the best activities to do as a family in Hawaii. The opportunity to swim with turtles as a family in a safe protected environment where the staff were fantastic at outlining all the things to look for.
Captain Krash and his team were good fun but incredibly professional, and safety was always their upmost concern.
I would highly recommend this to any family or groups going to Hawaii and from a price perspective was much more competitive than some of the cruises that left from Waikiki Beach. The boat was not overcrowded and had plenty of space for everybody.
The captains dog sushi was able to spot the turtles, Wales and even did a cool little dance at the end

1 out of 5. I would recommend not taking this boat for an excursion. Brandon was horrible, rude, mean and inappropriate in how he treated me as a guest! Terrible service, poorly run! Everyone snorkels on top of each other getting bumped into to all the time and crowded in the water. It’s poorly run with staffing and you maybe see 1-3 sea turtles thinking you will be seeing several. It was by far the worst boat I’ve ever taken on a snorkeling excursion and if you want to feel crowded with lousy staff and a lousy experience, do not go on this boat ever! I’ve snorkeled a lot and never ever had such a horrible and poorly run experience. If Brandon works on your boat, don’t take this or hope he gets fired. He yelled at me, pulled me inappropriately in the water, made me upset, and was simply lousy! I wish I never took this water afternoon excursion. This will definitely be my worst ever experience, and I travel all over the world snorkeling. Find another company and please take my advice into consideration!

Hello, we are interested in the sailing/snorkeling adventure but your website shows a pic of a boat with a dog on it - this would be a no-go for us as one family member is not comfortable around dogs. Also, the picture does not show whether the boat has a canopy to provide some shade when traveling to and from the snorkel area - I would appreciate answers!
