Hawaii Food Tours™ was created by Hawaii's #1 Food Writer and Restaurant Reviewer, Chef Matthew Gray. It's for those who love food & fun. Voted Best Tours on Oahu for the past two years in a row!

Two different daily tours; one takes place in & around Honolulu... the other goes to the North Shore. We will feed, educate and entertain you all day long!

MSNBC Network called us one of the best food experiences in the world! These fantastic tours feature Yummy Food, Fascinating History, and Culinary Decadence!

Our Famous Hole-in-the-Wall Tour™ includes a behind-the-scenes walking and tasting tour in Honolulu's amazingly colorful Chinatown! It's an entertaining, informative and FUN Honolulu City Tour with several stops, including 2 of Hawaii's most famous Bakeries & one of a kind Marketplaces. You'll be eating between 15 & 20 different foods! This tour takes place all over Honolulu, away from the touristy areas of Waikiki, where only the real locals go to eat.

Our North Shore Food Tour™ gives guests a tasty glimpse of the colorful and rural "countryside" area of our island of Oahu. Many people read about the North Shore, about the beautiful huge waves, the garlic shrimp trucks, and rustic away-from-the-city areas, and that's what we give our

guests, including some genuine Hawaiian food, a garlic shrimp plate, various pastries, Hawaiian Beer, and a visit to a coffee and sugar plantation.

This tour focusses on the unique, traditional and out of the way " hole in the wall" food outlets in Honolulu. It purposely avoids the big name overpriced tourist outlets in Waikki to give you the real taste of Hawaii ranging from the local, to Asian, to the traditional. You get to see the actual preparation process at a couple... More

We are former Hawaii residents, returning for a family visit and vacation. This food tour was a gift from our son and daughter-in-law, and we enjoyed it immensely! Carl and Joy were wonderful guides -- very knowledgeable and friendly. The 5 restaurants selected were terrific local spots. We had a blast!

We felt very well taken care of by Carl and Krystal and the van that took us around the hole-in-the -wall tour. While a little pricey, we felt that we learned about not just food, but about culture, and about contemporary Honolulu.

Bill and Addie were wonderful tour guides and had a wealth of knowledge about not only food, but the culture of Hawaii! I was pleasantly surprised how much food you actually ate on the tour, so come hungry!

Loved the Hole in the Wall Hawaii food tour, around Honolulu and Chinatown.Carl and Krystal were fabulous hosts, they were both extremely knowledgeable and very happy to answer all questions. I took my 10 year old son who loved everything we tasted. It was great to get a look at some of the 'real food' of Hawaii that contributes to... More

The Hole in the Wall Food tour was the highlight of my trip. I would definitely do it again at the beginning of my next trip to get an update on all the best places to eat. I learn't lots about Hawaiian culture and food. Great to get away from the busy touristy area of central Waikiki. Carl and Krsytal... More

I had a wonderful day with Aanastacia and Karl. Both Aanastacia and Karl have a wealth of knowledge and passion for food and Hawaiian culture, which made the day outstanding. I am a pescetarian (seafood ok but no meat), this was not an issue the tour was very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an authentic Hawaiian experience.... More

If you are in to food, the two tours offered by this company are great. we did the north shore tour two years ago and it was fabulous. We were keen to do their city based Hole in the Wall tour this time round. This will really appeal, especially if you like Asian food, as it is mostly around Chinatown.... More

This tour was fantastic. Joy and Carl were brilliant, and we really got a taste of the local fare. It was great to do this in our first few days as they gave us tips on where to get good coffee, or donuts, or, well, anything edible! Each place they took us to had something new and delicious to try,... More
