Hawaii Food Tours™ was created by Hawaii's #1 Food Writer and Restaurant...

Hawaii Food Tours™ was created by Hawaii's #1 Food Writer and Restaurant Reviewer, Chef Matthew Gray. It's for those who love food & fun. Voted Best Tours on Oahu for the past two years in a row!

Two different daily tours; one takes place in & around Honolulu... the other goes to the North Shore. We will feed, educate and entertain you all day long!

MSNBC Network called us one of the best food experiences in the world! These fantastic tours feature Yummy Food, Fascinating History, and Culinary Decadence!

Our Famous Hole-in-the-Wall Tour™ includes a behind-the-scenes walking and tasting tour in Honolulu's amazingly colorful Chinatown! It's an entertaining, informative and FUN Honolulu City Tour with several stops, including 2 of Hawaii's most famous Bakeries & one of a kind Marketplaces. You'll be eating between 15 & 20 different foods! This tour takes place all over Honolulu, away from the touristy areas of Waikiki, where only the real locals go to eat.

Our North Shore Food Tour™ gives guests a tasty glimpse of the colorful and rural "countryside" area of our island of Oahu. Many people read about the North Shore, about the beautiful huge waves, the garlic shrimp trucks, and rustic away-from-the-city areas, and that's what we give our

guests, including some genuine Hawaiian food, a garlic shrimp plate, various pastries, Hawaiian Beer, and a visit to a coffee and sugar plantation.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NAME OF THIS TOUR!! This is NOT HAWAIIAN FOOD TOUR, this is some CHEAP CHINESE DIM SUM SAMPLER TOUR (with a tiny piece of Hawaiian pineapple on the side) IN CHINATOWN!!! Again, don't expect to eat local Hawaiian food like loco moco, garlic shrimps and shaved ice. They basically take you around Chinatown and try... More

Thoroughly enjoyed being introduced to Hawaiian food by the very knowledgeable Bill and Addie. Lots of interesting flavours and certainly more than ample food for the day. Great to have water bottles, wet wipes and folding chairs provided for our comfort. Would have liked a bit longer to walk through the Chinatown markets. After the tour, Addie emailed us a... More

What a treat! This was one of my favorite if not my favorite events while vacationing in Oahu! The food was delicious and the information provided by Joy and Carl was first rate! I'm not necessarily a "foodie" but after this experience I just might become one!

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Our guides, Addie and Carl were both knowledgeable and insightful. We got to try things at local places we would not have thought to go to, plus got the inside scoop on the stories behind the food. We also got recipes to try and duplicate at home, which I will definitely do.... More

My wife and I have done food tours in San Francisco, Athens, and other places around the world and we found this to be the BEST. Great guides (Carl and Eddy) and a plethora of amazing food ranging from appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Never a dull moment and flawlessly managed - these guys are the real deal. Book it... We have done several food tours in the past. We have done two in Seattle and one in Portland. While each has had something special to offer. This one is head and shoulders above the rest. To start off with our tour guides Bill and Addie were the best. They were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to... More

A MUST tour for the foodie and when wanting to learn more about Honolulu. Took the Hole in the Wall tour. I got to experience food, I would have never tried before. My whole family loved it! Over 4 hours of wonderful food and company. Bus came and picked us up at our hotel. Our guides (Bill and Addie) were... More

Bill and Addie took great care of us yesterday. Every part of the tour was well-planned, but allowed for some spontaneity as well. When Add heard we had not tried real dragonfruit or London (sounded like long gone to me) they went and got some for everyone. It was nice to be part of a smaller tour... Everyone was friendly...
