Great location to walk along Waikiki beach. Particularly nice to walk along at any time of the day, whether morning walks with the juniors swimmers, or watching the surf festivals on weekends, We have seen seals here but only once. Its safe but can get busy

Nice assortment of stores, from art galleries to t-shirt to restaurants to yoga to live music to stroll.

Can't beat palm trees with a beach, ocean and park benches to sit and people watch. We had weather that was perfect.

This is exactly as you imagine. Happy crowds and beautiful water views, lots of shops and restaurants by the water. Very happening place, great walk and people watch. Flooded with tourists (in the nicest possible way) and is probably not the first choice for locals, but awesome holiday atmosphere.

Beautiful walk on the beach is a part of the Waikiki experience, very laid back and there is always some kind of concert or talent show going on along the strip. There is tourist from all walk of life along the beach. This area of Waikiki is a very crowded area. But if you walk along the sand then you... More

We really enjoyed walking through the area with all the lovely little lights around the trees. Many shops and restaurants line both sides of the streets. It is within easy walking distance of central Waikiki.

We did this walk after reading the reviews on trip advisor. It was absolutely worth it. We even got to see a turtle which had come in close to shore for a swim! The scenery is just beautiful. A lovely afternoon.

We loved strolling at sunset. There are free luaus on Tuesdays and Thursdays so make sure you go then. Beautiful blue waters during the day. Very busy but still space to sit or stroll.

Its a nice walk along the beach, and you mostly get to watch people, and not really enjoy the view so much... so if thats your thing, its great, but otherwise, there are far nicer stretches of beach to walk in Oahu!
