We went on a tour around pearl harbour on the 16th of March and had the best day. Our tour guide George picked us up promptly from our hotel and was filled with knowledge about all things pearl harbour as well as plenty of information about Hawai'i as well. Given the COVID-19 situation, the park was lovely and quiet and we had plenty of time to cruise around and see everything we needed to. Our favourite part was touring the USS Missouri and getting to see what the boat looked like and how everyone lived on board! The movie at the beginning of the tours outlining the events was amazing too. The USS Arizona memorial was emotional for us all - we loved the stories the Park Ranger told us about how Pearl Harbour survivors have been since laid to rest with their fellow men. 10/10 day, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

We were looking forward to seeing the Arizona Memorial as well as the USS Missouri on 3/2, so we booked a tour with Pearl Harbor Tours. The reviews seemed pretty good. However, we were disappointed with them. First, it turns out they are just agents and don't really do the tours. We were assigned to "E Noa" for the actual tour. We were emailed where to meet our bus and when. We arrived 10 minutes early (5:50am) this morning. The first bus arrived at 6:10, but we were told we weren't on the list. I called Pearl Harbor Tours and spoke with someone who said he'd call me back. Meanwhile, another bus arrived but again, we were told we weren't on the list. Next, we were called back and told that the bus was on the way. Another bus did arrive. We boarded but after a few minutes the driver told us we would be on the next bus. So we disembarked (I accidentally left my water bottle behind, so that upset me further). Finally, the 4th bus was the one. We had stood outside for half an hour in the wind for a bus that was 20 minutes late. The communication was horrible. I was left wondering whether we would ever make it to Pearl Harbor. It soured our moods when that could have avoided with some simple communication. I should say that "E Noa" did a good job and that our guide Bill was very knowledgeable. I'm glad we were on his bus. He explained they were late because he had to pick up guests at other hotels. I spoke with Pearl Harbor Tours several times while this was going on but the person I spoke with could not tell us what was going on. We would recommend "E Noa" but not Pearl Harbor Tours. Their lack of organization and poor communication left a bad taste in our mouths.

This is a MUST. A family owned tour company that provides a unique guide to Pearl Harbour. The visit also includes USS Missouri where Japan formally signed their surrender. George (our guide) is a credit to his family and company, he gave us an insight into his family’s personal experience of Pearl Harbour plus lots of information about Hawaii . We also drove to the Punch bowl Pacific cemetery. The memorial to USS Arizona was very poignant and done with deep respect.

A must see. What an emotional place to visit. They ensure the respectfulness for all those who were lost. Our tour guide George was phenomenal. Arizona memorial is now open again. It brings tears to your eyes. Reminds us to never forget those who fought for us.

Used ENoa tours to tour the Arizona Memorial and the Battleship Missouri. Pua Lahni was our tour guide and sho was absolutely outstanding in her approach to keeping everyone informed. Her passion of remembering history and honoring our nations fallen heroes was very moving. Best tour guide I have ever had.
