We got to Maui with many expectations. Everyone said take the road to Hana so we had planned a whole day to do just that. We are more than glad we found Bjorn and Roberts Tours. I'm sure we would have found all the pitfalls...More

Booked on line, it’s not that expensive, when you arrive at Honolulu they simply walk you to a spot to wait for a bus. There is lots of staff but there customer service is nil. We took a while to get to the hotel with...More

We've found Roberts to be the best way to get to/ from Honolulu International airport to the Waikiki area. Their guides are readily identifiable at the airport, and service is very convenient. We are also impressed that the pickup service at the hotel is prompt-...More

I’m SOOOOOOO Mad, first, our driver was 49 MINUTES LATE!!!!! We had to call them! Then, the driver didn’t even go to the freeway, instead he chose to make it a bloody “tour” and went on local roads, a 20 minute trip ended up taking...More

We bought this package at our hotel with a concierge from Expedia. He talked wonders about this tour and the stops but, basically we remained on the bus most of the time. When we were buying the tour, we were told we'd stop at several...More

They over booked the bus and we were forced to use a suitcase as a seat. They were also 30 minutes late to pick us up and we barely made our fight. 100% stay away as this was a terrible experience. After reading reviews, I...More

We used Roberts to shuttle us back and forth from the airport. Bus size varied depending on pick-up. Employees were always polite and very helpful with luggage. They are all over but mostly in the big green tour buses.

We were so fortunate to have Cousin Dorothy as our tour guide - her encyclopaedic knowledge of the island and its history and her engaging personality made this probably the best guided tour I have ever been on. Special mention that instead of loading up...More

I understand your upset your tour was cancelled but you have to look at the locals who live there to. Hawaii during hurricane season is one of the most unpredictable time for the weather so in truth a lot of locals don't prepare days in advance for the hurricanes just because you never know if its actually gonna hit the island. So the day its supposed to hit its one of the islands busiest days. For example 2016 we had 17 different hurricanes the state tracked and maybe about half of them at one point was predicted to hit the island a week after they first announce it and the next day the hurricane moves a different way so the islands are no longer threatened but instead we had 2 hurricanes on one side of the island chain and 2 more on the other side of the island chain none hitting land. It killed the trade winds for 2 weeks not a cloud in the sky and the humidity at 100%. So any weather related issues please try to understand were not trying to upset you folks but our locals need to be papered for whats to come after all once everything's said and done the locals are the last one on the island and they have to deal with any devastation that's left.

Go to Roberts Hawaii website, choose Cruise Excursions, Book Now then enter your ship and date. It will give you the tours they have available which correspond to your ship's docking. Hope this helps. Have fun.

Aloha Paula! We pick up at all hours to meet flights departing from HNL, the early morning pick up would not be a problem.
