I loved this place as a child and returned with my children but sadly the guard stopped in 2014. All that is left is a museum in a very sad and dated mall The museum is small but what is wonderful are my memories as...More

Very small little museum but it is free. Interesting history in there. Sadly, they no longer do the Changing of the Guard which is what drew us to the museum in the first place.

A small area dedicated to a drill team and the awards they won. There are a few plaques explaining what it is about, but a little more information would be helpful. It is just a quick stop in a small shopping mall

I just didn't get this museum. It seems to be based on a drill team called "The King's Guard," which was based on the royal household guards of past Hawaii. (Or maybe based on the guards' legacy?) Basically, I found it to be a museum...More
