Unless you have slanted eyes or are from Japan or China don't even bother venturing to this hole. The sales attendants are ignorant and won't even acknowledge you, besides their prices are ridiculous. They have doubled the cost all in the name of duty free....you are better off at an abc store located on every block in Waikiki. This place... More

Walking past with my wife. Just thought we would have a quick look. You get to the end and then there is a duty free store on the 3rd floor. You take the escalator up and once you are there you are trapped. You have to walk around the whole building to get to an escalator that takes to to... More

Duty free has many high end shops. If you're not willing to spend $$$$ then this place isn't for you. The first floor has some expensive shops like Burberry and coach. Also on the first floor they have a currency exchange booth and Japanese travel agency booth. The first floor is mostly known for the duty free souvenirs you can... More

Galleria with a lot of high end shops, well positioned with excellent customer service. Pricewise - duty free but dont really get that feeling its any cheaper. After visiting many high end shops in Waikiki and endless talks with my wife whether we should buy those expensive items for ourselves we wanted for some time now, we have finally landed... More

Fun place to look around and have a bit of a window shop. Some deals were to be found but other things were almost exactly the same price here as in other locations which was a slight disappointment. If you want coach, i suggest heading out to waikele where some MAJOR deals can be found

We browsed through the DFS Galleria a few times whilst we were in Waikiki, there are a lot of high end designer stores throughout if that kind of shopping appeals to you as well as plenty of makeup and jewellery etc. We found the duty free alcohol prices were great, especially coming from Australia as everything is so expensive -... T Galleria on Royal Hawaiian offers economic tours. You can purchase a 5 day pass, one day pass, or 2 day pass. I purchased the 2 day pass for $38. I used the trolley to visit Diamond Head Crater, the Honolulu Zoo,Diamond Head Beach, and downtown Honolulu.

We popped in to get some more high street priced goods from Benefit and Mac but felt the same as some of the other reviewers - blanked. Note that we are of Asian descent but not Japanese and got the same kind of treatment. This one lady just gave us this moody look and let us stand there waiting whilst... More

You guys HERMES .... not a brand for the ordinary middle class, monday to friday working class - they sell that brand here. It is a place to window shop, unless you are one from Beverly Hills. It is nice to see. It is a Duty Free I believe, even the smell of this place smells expensive LOL .... I... More

This place makes no sense to me. It's the same stuff you can get in all the other stores but more expensive. Why!? It's massive and like a luxury mall maze. I think it's for people with too much money who don't want to walk through the mall.
