This luau and dinner show was fun. It is indoors so you don't have the beach experience as you eat and watch the show. The dinner was fine and they only have around 100-140 people so it's not wall to wall people going thru the buffet line. I would call the show Hula meets cruise ship rock show. If you... More

My teenager daughter and I made our way through the crowd at Waikiki's Hoolaulea Block Party on our way to the Royal Hawaiian Center to see the Rock-A-Hula Show, and heard the tail end of Johnny, a fantastic Elvis Impersonator, singing at the block party on the street. Then as we went up the escalator at the Royal Hawaiian Center,... More

Went last night. Great show. Glad we did the VIP package with meal. Sat right near stage. Good singing talent. The dancers were awesome! Wow. Heaps of energy. Do it man!

Loved the whole experience! Myself(27), my parents and my younger brother(16) all attended the buffet dinner and show, and everyone had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety to cater to everyone's tastes, the dinner entertainers were fantastic and a lot of fun, and we were all blown away by all of the acts and... My husband and I went to celebrate our 24th Annaversary, and I would rate this okay /3. For the price we paid, I think it should have been way cheaper for Kama'aina. The food was a 2 / needs to be upgraded (chef review) and the entertainment was a 3/ needs a little help. The most exciting entertainer is as... More

My teenage daughter went to rock a hula with a little bit of a too cool for school attitude. And when it started I had a flash of "is this going to be super cheesy?" But we totally got into it. The performers worked really hard and everyone had a great time. We had 3 generations and there was something... More

This show is mainly aimed at Japanese tourists. The impersonators -with the exception of the Celine Dione lady that was terrific- are mediocre and the show's script is weak. Great musicians and enthusiastic young dancers saved the night. We only attended the show and skipped the buffet dinner and by what we saw, it was the right decision.

Food was reasonable if a little rushed and was not asked how we liked our steaks they came very bloody. The show itself was ok for me Seline Dion was the pick although my wife thought Michael Jackson was better The show is not long enough and the Polynesian dancers were not on long enough

My family and I truly enjoyed Rock-A-Hula. It was not simply a show, it was a total experience. It was a celebration which made our 38th Wedding Anniversary more memorable. From the luau to the actual show, it reflected the fun and hospitality of Hawaii. “It’s more fun in Hawaii”. The excellent singer – actors performed like the real Elvis,... More

This show gave us a chance to see the traditional hula dances, along with the fire dancers, impressive. This was a full on Vegas type show with a live band, scenery, special effects and lots of costume changes. The impersonators, Elvis, Celine Dion and particularly Michael Jackson were fantastic. Lots of photo opportunities after the show are available. The show... More
