We booked at the last minute and our Driver Kalani was superb. He welcomed us as soon as he stopped his bus to pick us up. He made us feel like his "family" and was humorous and his attention to detail was outstanding. We typically do not take a moment to write reviews, but we hope that others will get a chance to experience seeing the Island of Oahu and especially get the pleasure of taking the trip with Kalani. When we come back we want to again take this trip with Kalani, he made out trip memorable.

We had been to several of these stops on a previous trip to Oahu and on our current trip. Wanted to take the tour to visit the places we missed. Cassidy was our tour guide and Tony our driver - both were excellent! Learned a lot more about the places we had already been to and enjoyed learning about the places we hadn't been to. Stopped for lunch at a shrimp truck and it was the best lunch we had on our trip. The highlight of the tour was seeing the sea turtles on shore. Definitely worth the money to take this tour (get a groupon) but you should try to take it your first few days in Oahu in case you want to go back somewhere you toured.

We had a great experience on this tour. We are thankful we met Shawn Cassidy, one of the sales people of this tour and he explained to us all the details about this wonderful tour.
Also Johnny (Alapai) , our tour guide, was wonderful. He was funny, cared about the passengers, and provided us with lots of information about Hawaii’s culture and history. We definitely recommend you to take this trip. We also highly recommend you request Johnny as a guide as he made the journey much more memorable not only for us but for our 11 year old daughter Emily. Emily loved the experience. Johnny made this tour experience beyond our expectations.

Would like to start off by saying that this was an utter waste of time and money. Cost $130 for this “tour”. The driver, Lola, although humorous was walking up and down the bus waving her sign, forcibly making sure every single person was writing a five star positive review as she was telling the passengers what to write so most positive reviews you see on here are fake.

We were starving. There were no stops to grab anything to eat until we finally hit the north shore part of town, which took about six hours. My blood sugar was dropping and I was glad that I had a piece of candy in my bag because I started trembling, since there are no food or snacks nearby. We did not see half the locations more so drove by and she pointed them out. it was such a scam of a trip that you’re paying $130 for a bus drive to get to the North Shore and spend 90 minutes which only gives you time to rush to eat something and walk back to the bus.

The only real location where you spent a little bit of time which was about half an hour was at the Buddhist temple. The rest were about two other stops for about 10 to 15 minutes.

The dole plantation is not a tour of the facilities, they take you to the gift shop so you can spend money there on items that are not even made in Hawaii. Items all from Taiwan and other parts of Asia. They take you to the plantation so you can buy pineapple and other fruit snacks shipped from Taiwan.

They also take you to tropical farms where you get to purchase banana chips that are stale and dried out cookies that are also stale. it’s a complete scam. A complete waste of money. You’re stuck on a bus all day it’s extremely boring and I suggest avoiding this at all costs.

Lola made the tour interesting & fun. She gave us a lot of tips on what to eat & souvenirs to buy along the way. You can tell she enjoys her job, she’s so passionate about it. I love hearing her personal stories. She is an amazing tour guide & excellent driver. I will highly recommend this tour to my family & friends because of Lola.

We took the Grand Circle Tour with Leo C. as our bus driver. Our bus was having air conditioning troubles so when we made our first stop we got to switch to another bus. Tip: sit on right side of driver to see most of the sights. I found this as a great way to see the island. Especially at the beginning of your trip then if something really interests you can make time to go back.
You get a quick tour at the ranch before you have lunch. We did not get the buffet but the food that we ordered was awesome. We stopped at the Dole Plantation, dole whip is a must. We also lucked out and got to see them harvesting the pineapples by the road.

Loved our tour guide Mac's ability to humor and entertain the guests in the van, as well as show us some awesome tips in how to use our iPhones and take the shot with the best angle. We saw the entire island in a day and I know I wouldn't have known to go to these spots had I not had a guide. Thank you, Mac!!

Marlon was born for this job. Excellent service all day long. He has a pleasant personality and is able to handle large groups of people with ease and comfort. He is a gem; the best I’ve seen and I travel a lot and I couldn’t do what he does. Thank you Marlon for a wonderful day. It has been enjoyable and very educational about Hawaii ❤️!

Shout out to Jake, an amazing tour guide who has awesome energy and is super accommodating. He shared a ton of wonderful knowledge, stories, jokes about Hawaii and even personal experiences growing up in Hawaii, especially his companionship with the ocean. We totally had a blast. Keep it up Jake. ALOHA.

This tour started in the morning and lasted most of the day. Our guide knew his history and everything about local flavor and cuisine. We started the day at Leonard’s , a local bakery, where we had a delicious local pastry. Then off to taste local pineapple and papaya. So fresh and delicious. And don’t forget the poi. My husband was the only one who liked it. 😝. Then off to tastes of local coffee and macadamia nuts. We got to crack the nuts and taste the raw nuts. Great fun. Next was an amazing shrimp lunch on the North shore. The shrimp were huge and spicy. Delicious!! Then off to get a giant shaved ice in a bowl. It was as pretty as it was delicious. And all along the way, we stopped on the beach and saw turtles and coral and just gorgeous beauty all around us. Our driver gave us tidbits of history and facts about Oahu and explained the beautiful flora and fauna. We asked about mongoose. He told us to drive to the top of a certain mountain to a state park and we would see mongoose. And we did!!! They were everywhere. So much fun.
