Segway of Hawaii-Kaka'ako, is open in the newly redeveloped Honolulu District of Kaka'ako with cool cafes, restaurants, shops and wall art throughout the area. This new Tour Center gives our guests an opportunity to explore where the 'townies' enjoy the beaches of Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park and Kaka'ako Waterfront Park and downtown Honolulu.

This easily one of the best Segway tour we taken and we have taken them all around the world. The guides was incredibly informative and helpful. The Segways were the best we have ever been on!

Jeanne and Alan were our tour guides for our family of five (two adults, and 3 kids - the youngest being 9 years old). They were so helpful every step of the way, from booking, to training on the Segway (our first times), and then then history tour itself was informative and fun. Plus on the Segway, we covered so much more ground than we could if we were walking. Alan took pictures along the way, and both guides made sure to help our 9-year old throughout to make sure she was comfortable and safe. We had a blast and highly recommend!

Scenic tour on well kept Segways. Nicest guide ever; but he could benefit from reading a book about Oahu. He was unable to tell us much about what we were seeing/the area other than a few facts he had memorized. It was a beautiful tour, he was very accommodating, and the segways were kept in pristine condition. They have the audio set and a carrier which is important. If the guide read a few books on the area and learned more about the population, etc, would've been a 10 out of 10.

Mahalo to the team at Segway of HI. This was our very first Segway experience, but definitely not our last thanks to Michael and Zach. Michael, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us fully immersed into the Hawaiian history and culture. Zach, kept us safe and in one with traffics. Thanks again for a great experience!!

This tour was as fun as I had hoped for my family of 4. With a couple of typical nonchalant teenagers in tow, this seemed an ideal choice to see more of the locality together. Segways were a first for all of us and my wife was dubious beforehand and a little nervous, but these turned out very easy and natural to ride. The short training was fine to get things going. Michael was an excellent personable guide, taking us through a morning tour covering more distance than I had imagined which was effortless. Once relaxed, I found you can naturally look around to take in the sights whilst gliding along which is a lot different to being prone riding a bike for example. The stops at choice viewpoints were ideal to soak up the scene and take photos and we were also given opportunity to test out some of the segway's limits. 2hrs was about the right length and water was provided for. We did this morning tour off peak end of October and the weather was ideal on the day. I recommend it, try it for something fun and different for the family!

Michael was the best guide for this trip. He was knowledgeable and informative along with being funny and personable. We had a wonderful experience with him.
