Fun sail off Waikiki beach around to diamond head and back. We did the 4pm cruise (2A & 2 Teens) and it was a happy hour cruise that went for an hour (we returned a bit after 5pm).
Crew were lots of fun and music played throughout. You can hop on the nets over the water and pretty much sit where ever you like on the Cat.
Drinks were flowing (beer, Mai Tai’s, soft drinks and other alcoholic drinks for the duration and no limits).
It was definitely worth $40 per adult and $30 per child up to 20yo.
Lots of great photos of Diamond head and the Waikiki shoreline. Didn’t see any dolphins, whales or sea turtles but weren’t expecting too.
Highly recommend

Crew was friendly, boat was clean, drinks were good! We did the sunset cruise. Hope everyone ignores the review about people being too intoxicated and the boat being unsafe..it literally is a sunset cruise with all alcohol included for $50.. if you don't want to be around people drinking, rent the love boat or something. We had a great time and highly recommend it! It's worth going, if not just to see the crew member Justin ;)

If you want a fun booze cruise with a great crew this is the place for you. I have done several cruises with them. The sunset cruise is so much fun but it’s really not the best environment for small children. The afternoon cruises are also so much fun!! This might be a little more family friendly. But there is drinking and adult language lol. The crew is great when it comes to taking care of those that might not be cut out for the sea. The crew does a great job of keeping the environment fun and entertaining. If you are looking for frills and a nice quiet cruise this is not the boat for you but if you are looking to have a few drinks a great time you have found your cruise. This is the only boat I sail on in Waikiki.

The “Sunset Cruise” was just a “Booze Cruise” with amateurish drinks poured by a crewmember and a Captain that was more interested in getting the young 20 something girls soaking wet.
The sunset wasn’t the focus or enjoying the sail but there was a desire to push booze and flirt with the young girls on the craft.
The captain sailed to the roughest seas and then would intentionally turn the boat into the swell so that the (now tipsy) young girls on the front net were soaked. Over and over he did this and with a wry smile.
The music was awful and a poor mix of musical styles that was played so loud you couldn’t hear anyone next to you.
We were soaked from head to toe without reason. If this was the plan all along we would have worn board shirts and swimwear versus clothing.
The crew begged for tips but didn’t provide and real service to the patrons on board.
It was basically a waste of our money.
Don’t waste yours if you want a sunset cruise.

They called us ten minutes before because we didn't show up 30 minutes early and asked us where we were. We said we were on our way. They then told us to start running because they were leaving soon. As we approached the boat, after running 500 ft down the beach, at the scheduled time, they told us, "Sorry you're too late, we already SOLD your spots." Apparently we were supposed to be there 30 mins before we left. That would have been great for us to know before they forced us to reschedule. I don't know why they would schedule it at 11 when they know that if we show up at 11 on the dot they won't able to take us in.
Then when we got there 30 minutes early for the next one we walked on to make sure they wouldn't "sell our spots" and we got yelled at for not be greated at the bottom. The guy said, "You're already breaking all kinds of rules." Of corse he didn't say that to the next group who went in who did the same thing we did. If you're going to enforce the rules why don't you enforce the rules on everyone equally?

Landed at our feet from our resort and the process was smooth and easy. Captain and crew were on point and as soon as we sat we were offered a drink from the Skipper himself. An amazingly smooth ride with music by request piped over an awesome sound system! The crew was interactive and super polite and even took a few photos of my fiancé and I as the sun set.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun sunset cruise. They have open bar, great music, and lots of fun. If your looking for something quiet I would not recommend. Me and my fiancé are in are late 30’s and there was a bunch of 20 year olds on board. They made it more fun with their dancing and we’re just straight up entertaining. So we enjoyed it!!! We also got to see humpback whales while out on the water. The crew was awesome and joined in on the dancing and fun. Would 5/5 go again!!

This is my third time with Na Hoku Catamaran and it’s always a safe and fun atmosphere with an amazing crew. The drinks are satisfying but I specifically book this company for the booze cruise experience. Recently, they do not play the same type of music as the first time I went due to customer complaints. This was a real let down with this last experience since the experience specifically was why I booked this company.

Amazing time on this catamaran! Booking was simple and the legal waiver and location directions were clear. Check in was a breeze, and as soon as you get on, they start slinging drinks.
I'm sure this tour is group dependent, but we had a blast! The crew was professional when needed and hilarious once the conversations started flowing. The crew was upfront on what was going to be the splash zone, answered questions and were available for taking pictures.
It is a booze cruise, but the views and prices can't be beat! Highly recommend!

Great time
We had a blast in our first Catamaran Sunset Tour everyone in our party had a blast esp the adults with alcohol included . The crew did an awesome job entertaining the guests . I will totally recommend this company to family & friends.

What kind of drinks do they serve on board? All different spirits and cocktails or just beer wine and mai tais.

to board the catamaran how far do you have to walk in water? tennis shoes OK once on board? is there help for Senior Citizens with some walking difficulties to board catamaran? are there seats with backs, or just benches to sit on? some members of group planning to go are in 70's & one in 80's

I'm sorry I'm unable to answer tjat as we didn't have children with us and there wasn't any on our trip but honestly I don't see why they couldn't it's a great trip.
