Local Bus company A+. Nice dealing with a local Hawaiian bus company that cares about their passengers . Our school group Pinetree Secondary from Canada chartered 2 buses for 1 week in March 2020. We had to change the itinerary last minute due to COVID 19 and the drivers /management were very very accommodating. Everyday Pesci the reservations manager would call me and reconfirm to make sure they had everything right. The drivers were fantastic with local knowledge and history of the Island. They would give the students a history lesson every time we stepped on the bus. One driver would sing Hawaiian songs to us and other bought the teachers chocolates . I would only deal with Royal Star in the future . Thank you Chris Henderson Assistant GM and your team for bringing the Aloha Spirit to our group.

Had a small group for a tour with MARLON to Pearl Harbor and around the city. Marlon was flexible with our plans to ensure we got to go out to the USS Arizona Memorial and shared great local knowledge with us. He was a fantastic tour guide and offered a welcoming and warm introduction to Oahu. Thank you for your kindness, information, and care on our tour. Cheers!

Wonderful day! Kalani was our driver and he was phenomenal! He was very professional while still very fun and informative. We had a great day! He did a great job of assuring everyone was always comfortable and enjoying the themselves. Would definitely recommend to friends!

My husband and I visited Oahu and had the pleasure of having Clift as our Royal Star Guide. He was so personable, on time, so informative, and set a relaxed but lively pace. We liked Clift so much we booked him again for a tour of the North Shore of the island a couple of days later. We saw everything on our bucket list and then some with an experienced guide who really cares about his clients. Thank you Cliff for making our visit to your beautiful island so memorable.

Our tour included a short Honolulu city tour, the USS Arizona Memorial, and the USS Missouri. The city tour was nice, we drove by many of the historic places in Honolulu, including Punchbowl Cemetery. We took a Navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial. There are many historic items on the grounds to explore. We took a bus over to the USS Missouri where we were able to see how our Sailors lived on the ship. We also saw where the treaty that ended WWII was signed. There were only two minor problems with this trip - you can't bring bags of any kind onto the site so if you will be there a while, you'll want to eat-there is only one small snack bar so we spent around 45 minutes standing in line to get something to eat and drink. The bus we were told to take back to our drop off location was not there to pick us up, but a call to the Royal Star Dispatcher straightened out the confusion and had a different bus return us to our spot. TIP - if you are touring the USS Missouri too, eat there. There are several food trucks there with no lines.

I chartered a bus to take 40 individuals from the Hale Koa Hotel in Waikiki to Marine Corps Base Hawaii's officer club for a reunion dinner and then back to the Hale Koa.
From making the reservation to completing the trip the entire staff could not have been more helpful and professional. The busses showed up on time and were extremely clean. The driver was extremely professional.
Getting the driver cleared to drive the bus onto the base required immediate attention by the Royal Star Hawaii staff and they turned the requirements around within 24 hours.
What a great outfit to work with...I highly recommend Royal Star Hawaii!

We were on a school trip and our bus driver was Carlos. He is a great tour guide and a wonderful person. He told us about the city a lot of interesting things and supported us at our performances (high school band and choir). Always with a smile he met us in the bus and greeted with Aloha. I hope he is doing well.

We travelled as a family on the Circle Island Tour which was a full day of seeing the sights as we set off from Waikiki. From the moment our bus picked us up from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort and we met our driver Danny, we knew we were in for an enjoyable day. We visited many sights along the way stopping at the blowhole, Tropical Farms to sample some coffee and macadamia nuts and many more along the route. Danny was amazing, his knowledge of the island and its history was second to none. He engaged with all the passengers on board the bus along the way as well as at the stops. Plenty of time was provided at each stop to be able to enjoy the sights or take photos,etc. The bus was very modern and comfortable providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the tour. I can only highly recommend touring with Royal Star Hawaii Tours after such an enjoyable day.

Our trip was amazing. Our tour guide, Marlin, was friendly, funny, informative and very knowledgeable about island and Pearl Harbor history. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants a top-notch experience at Pearl Harbor without the lines or the hassle.

I loved this event. The bus picked us up at our hotel. Then we boarded the ship. The dancers created us and then showed us to our table. We then jade a simple bit delicious salad. They then brought the dinner. The steak was so yummy and ooh the crab legs. The vegetables and potatoes were so flavorful as well. We got to take sunset pictures and then go back in and have coconut sorbet. The rest of the ride back to the dock was filled with Polynesian dancing. I’d recommend this Cruz to everyone. Best time here in the island.

Hella All, For the luxury tour, were you “ guided” thru the USS Missouri , the aviation museum, visitor center ( any place else?) Or were you set free to discover and told to return at a particular time? Asking as I wonder if we have the ability to buy tickets and use them for the look out tower or any of the Virtual reality . When you book your tour ask them specifically how they work. Our guide Clift had everything already managed. He handed us tickets and suggested the best times for things like the movies and specific tours. In some instances he guided us to an open teller and stood by while they gave us tickets. The charge for their service is definitely worth it! Quality experience!!

when we went we booked out tour after we got to hawaii, it was through maui divers jewelery shop and we managed to get all the acttivities on the days we wanted. our dollar is less than the u.s.dollar so it was pricy but well worth it.

Absolutely! Our Arizona Memorial & City Tour is very popular and great for all ages. Visiting Pearl Harbor is a must-do while on Oahu and our knowledgeable drivers include a historic narration thru beautiful downtown Honolulu. This 5 hour tour is a perfect way to start your day, leaving plenty of time for your son to hit the beach in the afternoon sun.
