This is without doubt the best beach in Waikiki. It is absolutely safe and well protected by the reef. If you stay at the Kaimana Beach Hotel you have direct access. Give it a go!

Kaimana is a popular local beach with beautiful views. It's great for picnics and swimming, and keep an eye out for the fish; you're likely to see quite a few kinds swimming close to you.

Very clean beach area, has a shower, limited parking, but water is clean. Lots of swimmers, stand-up paddle boards, one man canoes, OC-1 and swimmers.

rather isolated, not big crowds like farther down Waikiki, nice sand, gentle slope into water, close to restrooms, water and convenience store.

Even when it's crowded, this fantastic little beach just off the eastern edge of Waikiki feels like a mini-getaway from the touristy fray. Parking can be difficult, and there are no changing facilities, but this is definitely the best in-town place to make contact with...More
