TBH, I was torn between a 3 and a 4, but because Snyder and Rob were such great guys, I went with a 4 rating. This tour is good if you want to see all of the spots and want to do it in day (have limited time), but you do not get much (actually enough) time at any one place. The only place we stayed long at was the turtle beach, which actually was probably too long, at least for half of the bus or more, who didn’t snorkel or swim. The number of guests on this tour was too large also; they picked us up in 10 seat passenger vans and took us to their office where many vans of people were loaded onto a big bus. If you can find a similar tour with a dozen or less passengers, I would suggest you do that one. Also, although they were trying to make it fun, the game about “the last person back to the bus” had to dance was not only a bit aggravating, it slowed us down getting started towards the next stop and often actually made people more concerned about getting back to the bus, than sightseeing at the stop. All in all, I mostly enjoyed this tour and saw a lot in a day, and the price was good, but if I had to do it again I’d go to many of the places individually so I could spend more time, especially the Dole Plantation, so I could ride the train and maybe do the maze. Again, I am not talking bad about the tour and I loved Rob and Snyder, but I just felt like the majority of the tour was spent riding on a bus.

Our driver and tour guide Kainoah were both excellent. Even though we had non-stop rain throughout our whole tour, they took us to places that could still be enjoyed. Kainoah gave us plenty of useful information that he was well familiar with. A great tour!

I spent lots of time researching the different 'circle' tours and ended up going with Ultimate as i had a discount voucher. I neednt have bothered as they all do the same thing! In fact, we had groups who had booked with 3 different tour companies on our bus! We found the bus to be comfortable.
The tour is an easy way to see parts of the island outside Waikiki. It does, however, mainly consist of visits to gift and food shops with a couple of photo ops thrown in. We did have the opportu ity for a swom in a 'not so good beach' as the tour buses arent allowed into the 'good' ones! Seeing wild turtles and a seal was pretty special though. Definitely not a snorkelling tour.
Our guide, Schnider, was fantastic, a careful driver and very entertaining. Thanks for an enjoyable day.

Booked a private tour back in April 2024 for June 5 of that same year, well in advance. We booked private because there were 14 of us so we wanted a personal experience. We received a call that we missed and then a text message from the company reconfirming our already booked private tour and then were told that the only transportation available sat 12 when we booked for up to 15. We then had to move our pre booked and paid for tour date from June 5 to June 6 so that a large enough shuttle would be available.
On June 6 the shuttle that picked us up was not clean (had small roaches) and the air conditioning stopped working 2 hours into the tour.
The driver Mau was so apologetic and tried to contact the company to get another shuttle. I along with another person in my party attempted to contact the company and were told that we need to speak with "Kentucky". When we spoke with "Kentucky" he insinuated that if we had brought open food on the shuttle (which we did not) that we were to blame for the roaches and that there were no other shuttles to help. "Kentucky" did not offer any assistance or solution other than offering to take us to the airport or flea market for free. We paid $1400 for this private tour and were sorely disappointed.
This is by far the worst experience l've ever had.

One of the best tours. Kapono, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Hawaii history. He also kept everyone on the bus engaged in playing trivia games which was really fun. Thank you Kapono for giving us a fun day out. Happy New Year.

Jake and uncle will we’re the absolute best ‼️‼️‼️they were very informative, very interactive and kept us entertained the entire way. I loved every moment and I learned so much about the culture. I highly recommend this tour ask for JAKE AND UNCLE WILL ,you will not be disappointed ‼️‼️‼️I would give them 10 stars if I could

Our tour guide was amazing Auntie Kelly knew everything about everything! She made the tour fun and was entertaining. The downside was the pick up, we met at the Hyatt Regency and were then taken to another destination ( in front of Ross) where it was very disorganized, lots of tourists standing around looking confused before finally being assigned a bus. Also, I took a similar tour ten years ago which had a more structured itinerary and better stops. All in all a good day thanks to Kelly.

Shelley our tour guide was lovely but this just wasn’t a tour for us! We were quite bored for the morning as we visited the tour guides stops, they were generally underwhelming stops and tourist traps, I think everyone just wanted to experience the farms from what we could hear around us, and when we eventually did, this was the best part of the tour. When we did do this in the afternoon (and these stops were great), we unfortunately we didn’t have much time there. We spent more time hanging out behind a Burger King where there was a family members food stall or at a service station carpark than we did at the coffee farm or beach which was what we were wanting to do. The shrimp farm was very average food (and overpriced for what it was). Bring cash for the food. We wouldn’t unfortunately recommend this tour because of the stops in the morning.

I assume you pay for your own lunch and and food purchased along the way- can you give me an idea of what lunch costs?

Yes. They hand out a menu so you can choose the food ahead of time and the driver orders it for you so it will be ready when you get there. The food was $18 and the drink $2.
