This is one of the "movie palaces" built in the heyday of Hollywood movies in the 1920s. The theatre is awash in gilt and glitz and has been lovingly restored to its original splendor. The theatre is in Honolulu's Chinatown and features all kinds of...More

Worth a visit either to tour or attend an event. It is a beautifully restored historic theater with wonderful acoustics.

A cute theater, maybe in the 1970's but this place has worn out its appeal for the new century. Unless you are a drama fan, don't bother stopping by.
