There is so much to see at Pearl Harbor, I personally feel the time would be better spent looking at other attractions there.. We were there all day, very humid and going down to the Bowfin, was just hotter. There were also kids running through,...More

The tour through the inside of the submarine is quite narrow so you have no choice but to go at the pace of the people in front of you. If claustrophobic, I would not recommend. Interesting tour thour

See how the crew of the USS Bowfin lived and worked in this historic submarine. They had very tight quarters and the equipment used was amazing. Worth the price of admission with some great scenic spots of Pearl Harbor on deck. Would not recommend for...More

This tour was very interesting as we had never been on a submarine before. We enjoyed seeing the nostalgic machinery of the past and the organization and efficiency of preparing a small space to include all of the necessities. Definitely gives one perspective of what...More

This is at the Pearl Memorial and is a great little museum. It doesn't take long to go through and you can get on the sub. Kids were crawling all over this when we were there.

I don't think so. I recall waiting for the Arizona film to start and then going out to the site but I think for the submarine you just go whenever.
