Amazing Luau! Great show depicting the various cultures. Authentic costumes, music and delicious food. The one thing that took away from it all, was the fact we were on a roof top instead of on a beach. Apart from that - it was amazing!

Our party were told to arrive early as seating is first come, first serve. IT ISN’T. There are two lines - one for Hilton Diamond and or gold circle members $141-171 per person with children $91-111 pp, the other general admission with a price tag...More

Food was great and plentiful. Show was good. We were told to arrive early to get good seats, only to have a bunch of others let in before us because of various package levels that we weren’t made aware of. Our package didn’t even come...More

Ok, so let's get the negatives out of the way.....location is not the idyllic beach that would best suit the show, but really wasn't a problem for us, and din't detract from the enjoyment of the evening. We chose this Luau as it was so...More

It was our time to Hawaii and he had to see a traditional Hawaiian Luau. This one was located at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, billed as a outdoor event, which is was. The rooftop setting with buildings/towers all around us has not the...More

Attended this Luau with a large group. It is on the roof top of a parking garage with skyscrapers in the back ground with the feeling of being in NYC as opposed to Hawaii. Pray that you are not seated in direct sun as the...More

I am actually at the Luau right now as I write this review. My family and I (a party of 10 with 2 toddlers) paid extra for the Diamond level. Not worth it. We have sat and roasted in the sun for the last hour...More

The luau is not held on the rooftop on Fridays. Instead, there is something held on the lawn adjacent to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Not sure about the view from there.

The tickets that you are referring to could be the one that are given as an incentive to view the Hilton Grand Vacation. This would be your choice and could be what you have heard about.
