PADI Scuba Certification Class

New scuba divers learn the necessary skills to be competent, confident and safe open water scuba divers. In class they learn essential skin diving skills, rescue skills, scuba excursion preparation, dive compass fundamentals, how to clean and properly store scuba gear, underwater hand signals, donning and configuration, the importance of the buddy system and much much more.

The pace of this course gradually builds momentum while bolstering students’ cognition, psycho motor skills, and self-esteem through repetitious practice and positive reinforcement. Upon graduating, students of this course are certified to go scuba diving in open water with a buddy down to 60 feet or with a dive professional down to 120 feet.

Two Tank Turtle Dives - for Certified Divers

After meeting us at the dock, we will get on the boat and head out to the sites. Meanwhile, we will give you your gear bag, and we will get ready for some awesome diving. We will visit two beautiful coral reefs just off the Waikiki Coast. The first is a famous "Turtle Cleaning Station" where many sea turtles can be seen suspended in water while with reef fish cleaning their shells. The second reef location may vary, but you are sure to see some really kool stuff.
Each dive lasts approximately 35-50 minutes depending on air consumption. Afterwards, we'll head back to the harbor and fill out log books. Don't forget to ask for our company stamp.

Shipwreck Scuba Dive Tour

Morning dive options include the Sea Tiger, the YO257 and San Pedro shipwrecks. These wrecks range in depths from 90 to 120 feet deep and serve as artificial reefs. These dives are great for advanced divers or divers with at least 20 dives under their belt. Newly certified Open Water Scuba Divers are welcome to join us on these dives as well. The Sea Tiger and the YO257 have many swim throughs. If you are interested in doing a wreck dive with us and would like to penetrate the wrecks, we recommend that you either bring a flashlight or rent one from the O.D.A. Scuba Center’s retail store.

Resort Diving Tour with Turtles

Sail on our 32' catamaran to Turtle Canyon and spend a wonderful afternoon scuba diving with Oahu's safest and reliable scuba store right on the door-step of Waikiki Beach. From our boat the picturesque Diamond Head mountain is visible, and sometimes Dolphin pods and whales can be seen diving to the surface. Our first stop, Turtle Canyon, is Waikiki's most popular reef for sea turtles. Beginner divers are taken on two adventure dives and get to visit the sea turtles up close and see them cleaned by local reef fish. The best part? You can have your picture taken with turtles as well.

I needed to find a place nearby the Waikiki Hilton Hawaiian Village that rented snorkel gear, and I am glad I found this place. The snorkel rental gear is reasonably priced, and they let us have it for one additional day without charging us for it. I highly recommend visiting
