Pearl Harbor touched our hearts deeply, standing over the brave men that fought for our country and lost their lives but also because it was that tragic event that forced both of our Fathers into World War II. It changed their lives and our Mothers...More

Very sobering visit, Pearl Harbor is a must see while on the island. it makes for a long day, but well worth the first hand visit into our history as a nation.

this was a great place to visit. Can be a little time consuming and difficult getting there via public transport, but totally worth it.

This was a must do for my wife and I. The film they show before you go to the Arizona memorial is brilliant, explaining some of the events leading up to the attack

This is the place to go for the complete (or even partial) Pearl Harbor experience. It is more than 'just' a Visitor Center. It is a 'campus' of Memorials. Getting there is fairly simple. Take H-1 to exit 15-a (sign for the Arizona Memorial), and...More

Depending on how much time you have to spend in Oahu I definitely recommend checking out Pearl Harbor. This is a site full of tons of history and you can learn quite a lot from being here depending on where you plan to visit within...More

Amazing museum and memorial. We spent the little bit of money on the audio tour and that really made things come alive and was great. I wish they had some more actual artifacts there, but they still had quite a few and some were amazing!

Even if you're not that fascinated with history I would still recommend doing a Pearl Harbor tour. Seeing the Arizona was amazing but sad as well remembering what happened here.

We took the audio player and followed along with the narrator. I would highly recommend doing it this way. You learn a lot more then if you just try to check everything out on your own.

been to a lot of battlefields stateside from our civil war but none compare to the solemness of this memorial. its one thing to stand a chance on a battlefield of movement and something all together different being ambushed while at peace.

My 5 year old niece did the tour, seems like there wasnt an age limit, however, the 30 min movie was a bit scary for her. The whole tour takes about an hour including USS Arizona Memorial. We spent about 2 hours in total... More

I will tell you this, I did not want to go to Pearl Harbor because of reading how crowded it was and you had to get there early just to get in. My wife insisted on going, anyway, and we went on a tour bus to the place. Well... More
