What a great experience at Chateau Tumbleweed. A very serious winery with a funny name. We sat down for a tasting and ended up going through about half their wines, and walked away buying two cases of Arizona-made wine goodness. The fruit/nut/cheese/meat tray is a good way to nibble between wines. Average bottle prices are around $25, with a few selections going up a little higher. If you go, you won't be disappointed.…

After a recommendation in Jerome we stopped at Chateau Tumbleweed for a wine tasting. We sat outside on the patio. The service was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. The wines were surprisingly great! We received generous pours to taste each of the wineries current wines. I rarely purchase Arizona wines, though there are many good ones out there. The Syrah from this winery was exceptional. From start to finish it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it!…

I love this little tasting room! It’s always a favorite place of mine when I’m in Cottonwood. My boyfriend and I stopped in and we were so relieved to see somewhere in Arizona practicing social distancing and mask wearing. The gals working there that day were so friendly and helpful, making it a very relaxed and enjoyable time! Had such a great time, we even visited again two days later. We loved the wines we tasted and decided to buy a few bottles on our return visit! …

We were recommended by another vineyard to stop and check Chateau Tumbleweed out. We were surprised (pleasantly) at how busy it was for a mid-Tuesday afternoon. That was a sign of good things to come! The wine was excellent, we enjoyed their wine more than any other stop yet in Arizona and the people working - both owners and employees were very nice, knowledgeable and were very helpful. We asked for food recommendations nearby and were happy to help us find a great hole in the wall (called Juanita’s) that we never would have stopped at were it not for them! We will return and hope to share their wine with friends so they make the trip as well!…
