This was once a lovely jewel of a beach. Now it has sewer waste leaking right into the children’s swimming area, the water is dirty and there are endless piles of rotted seaweed. The smell is impossible to ignore...It used to be clean, low key...More

Gooseberry beach is privately owned by the members but sell limited tickets to non-members of the beach. Buy your season parking passes early or you may be turned away, as parking is limited.

Gooseberry beach is unique as it has sheltered swimming even though it is right on ocean drive. Get there early to get in

Great beach along Ocean Drive on the way to Castle Hill Inn. It's not a huge beach, but offers great sunset views. Worth a stop to enjoy the views.

The beach has pretty view of the coastline. There was a lot of seaweed on the sand, and the sand is gray - more dirt-like. I would not say this is a good swimming beach, but it was a nice stop on our scenic drive.

Great beach. Plenty of parking. The food stand was really good. The only reason I give it a 4 is because that day was so windy you were constantly covered in sand.

Swim like a local! Gorgeous sand a water and a seriously gourmet beach shack for lunch! $20 to park, but you can come and go. Easy bike from town, or a great designation at the end of the Cliff Walk.

Such a cute beach with rocks the kids can swim out to! It also has two little docks, in which you can swim out to!
