    Buffalo Airport to Ontario Niagara Falls
    Buffalo Airport Taxi communicated well throughout the entire process. Amir was well informed and was a very safe and dependable driver. The sedan as extremely comfortable and spacious. Amir picked us up at Buffalo Airport and delivered us to the Marriott Fallsview Hotel and Spa in Niagara Falls Ontario, then 3 days later he picked us up and returned us to the Buffalo Airport. Great experience and excellent communications.

    BUF to Niagara Falls Cañada Hotels $95 total!
    I made a reservation to be picked up at 8:45pm at BUF to Embassy Suites Niagara Falls Cañada for 4 adults $95 total each way. Before we got on our plane in our home city. Abdul had messaged me introducing himself and telling me were he will be picking me up at #12 and he is monitoring my flight. As soon as my flight touched down he messaged me saying he was 15 minutes away. He messaged us again once he was outside baggage claim. He was driving a new very clean 2023 Toyota van. Abdul was very friendly and answered all of our questions on the way. He will also pick us up in 3 days back to BUF again for only $95 Awesome service we’ll use again ! Thanks Again Abdul!!!

    San Diego, CA to BUF airport to Niagra Falls
    Excellent taxi service. We flew from San Diego, California to BUF airport. Very easy to reserve online. The day before my trip I called to confirm my reservation and they told me everything was set and they will text me regarding driver details and time. I really liked communicating via text- they responded so quickly! We traveled as 4 people total. I chose “van” option and wrote a comment “we will have 4 checked luggage’s with us.” And all our belongings were able to fit. Yared picked us up on time, got us through the border safely, and was a safe driver. 10/10 would recommend.

We have booked with them twice. Both times we have had issues once we got to the airport. First time driver that texted seem confused about who we were and then proceeded to also take another passenger across the border in our same vehicle charging us both for the trip. Given the covid safety guidelines and the potential that someone could get held up through customs it was unacceptable that they took multiple parties across in one car unannounced. The 2nd time, upon arrival the driver answered the call on arrival and hung up. Then after trying multiple times to call the main number with no luck we were told by some one at the airport to get in the taxi line outside and get a white taxi. The fare ended up being more than the confirmed price. not even sure it was the same company. no follow up and no apology. not sure what kind of business they are operating. I would recommend checking another cab company - nobody should have to deal with this upon arrival.

As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. But what happen during this time of the year was very hectic. The Canadian government requires anybody coming into the country by plane must quarantine for 14 days. The first three days of that quarantine have to be in a government-approved hotel while they await COVID-19 test results, and that gets expensive. So Canadians start calling our taxi cab services to roll them across the border, after flying to border areas on their way home from business or vacation stays in the U.S. Therefore our Taxi company was getting besieged with MORE THAN 30,000 Canadians PER month and soon or later it became out of control since we were having highest levels of network congestion since but at the same time all our dispatcher and the whole office crews were trying our best serving customer on our ONLINE LIVE CHAT TOOL. As you can see we have few negative feedback among OVER the 30,000 customer we served MONTHLY during these crazy busy time. We are trying to improve to serve everyone of our customer with a happy outcome. We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. DO NOT USE. I see people who have had good experiences. No idea how. Driver never showed. To make matters worse dispatch needed to be called 45 times before answering. Their live chat never worked and when they finally answered the customer service level was horrendous. 0/10 on every evaluation criteria. They have an informative site. 50 minutes waiting with several other “screwed over customers” we found an alternative service. Too unreliable to take a chance. Sorry hate to give bad reviews during tough times but these guys don’t deserve to still be in business.

Booked a ride into Canada in advance. Was quoted a price I was told to screenshot when the reservation didn't come with a price. Communication with the driver by whatsapp was good since my flight was delayed. When I arrived he told me he would take me to get a covid test on the way that was faster than the airport testing center so to leave right away. After driving about 10min he told me the ride was over $100 more than the quote, added $25 for going to get the covid test and $35 for waiting. It all felt very off. Car also was not an official taxi more like a random uber. Eventually he agreed to only $35 more on the base fare. But I had him bring me back to the airport because I was very uncomfortable and sketched out. I ended up getting the covid test at the airport (professional and friendly) and taking an official taxi from the airport which was the same price as the original one I was quoted by this company. Do not use them just use the professional taxis in the airport.

I recently needed transportation from Buffalo Airport to the Red Coach Inn in Niagara Falls NY with return transportation needed two days later. In searching the web, I saw a listing for Buffalo Airport Taxi, which according to their website offered transportation from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls NY for $75 per car, not per person. Based on the rate, I decided to request car service to/from Niagara (online).
My experience with the Taxi service began well as the car was on time for the airport pickup. However, upon arrival in Niagara, the driver advised me that the fare was $95. I told him the Taxi website quote was $75. The driver indicated that the $75 quote had to be a mistake since $95 is what he is accustomed to charging. Fortunately, I had a copy of the $75 quote for the driver's review. After, unsuccessful attempts to reach his dispatcher, the driver honored the $75 fare.
The primary reason for the low rating is what occurred (or did not occur) for the scheduled return trip. The evening prior to the scheduled pickup from Niagara, I called the taxi service to confirm pickup for the next morning. The dispatcher confirmed and advised that the driver would call me prior to pickup. I did not receive a call from anyone from the Taxi company around the scheduled pickup time; therefore, I called to inquire the pickup status and was advised by the Taxi service that I was "not in the system" and that no cars were in the Niagara Falls NY area. Since I was pressed for time to make my 11:00 flight to NYC (next flight was 4:40), I had to scramble to get a Lyft car for the airport.

Fortunately, I got to the airport in time; however, the"no show" by Buffalo Airport Taxi was unacceptable.

The reason why we raised the price to $95 because of the Covid19 wait time at the Airport. We specifically specified the price increase on our website, but for some reason Google is sill showing our previous old price on search engine but when you actually click our official website the price you see is the updated $95. The other positive reviews listed are probably fake. You have been warned.

You are better off booking an Uber which will end by costing a third of what you will end up paying these guys.

Do not take their service without confirming the rate on the call!!!!!!!

They would advertise one price and charge you another.
The service they deliver is good. I was picked up from the airport 10 minutes after calling their helpline and we went ahead to the border and the cab attendant gave all the information related to Canada's quarantine policies and prerequisites.

The car which was used to pick was not of good quality. The interiors were sub-par. Did not look like a proper Cab service.
What I did not like is they change their rates. The advertised price was $75 and I ended up being charged 105 (they call it post-pandemic price) and 5 for credit card use. I was also asked for the toll fee but the cab attendant said he will cover it. this is a gross misrepresentation and they blame it on the system but when I called the helpline twice before booking nobody informed me about this. if you're ready to pay 110 plus tip, go ahead and use their service. they will pick you up from the airport near pole 12 (the area at the airport where they are not supposed to pick up anyone but they still do) and drop you at crown plaza hotel on the Canadian side.

No stars for these losers but it won't allow me to put that.
I should have known it would be bad by the amount of times it took to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to someone he assured me they would be there to pick me up. They weren't. The directions for where they would be to pick up are NOT for taxis but for long term shuttles.
No one called to see where I was at arrival time.
When I called the phone number there was no answer (I was not surprised).
I sent live chat messages (both before and after my arrival) and never got a response.

If you're going into Buffalo just leave the terminal, cross the street and turn left. The taxi stand there is reliable, friendly and costs a lot less than this scam of a company.

My daughter used this service from BUF to Fort Erie in 2019 and 2020 and it was excellent. She used it again on Saturday night and it was horrendous. She pre-booked her ride days in advance, requesting a pickup time of 11:20pm as her flight was to land at 11:00. She landed early, was waiting at the correct pole at 11:20 and no ride. She called and they said they were running 10 minutes late. At 11:27, they texted her that they would be 20 minutes late. At 11:38, they said 7 more minutes. At 11:48 they said 12:01, saying traffic was slow. Yeah right. Cab finally showed up at 12:05, 45 MINUTES LATE!! Completely unacceptable. They finally made it to Timmies in Fort Erie at 12:33. It didn't even look like the proper shuttle. She had booked a van and it was a white Ford Fusion that said Liberty something or other on the door. Then the driver even asked for 4 more dollars, after my daughter handed him the $95.USD. (it was $75USD last year) He said it was for the toll, which the website said was included. She had planned on giving the driver a $10 USD tip, but because she had to wait 45 minutes for her cab, he got nothing. After travelling for 14 hours already, what a terrible way to end her trip.

Horrible experience! We pre-booked the taxi through their website and received a confirmation email on where we'll be picked up. They had our flight information and scheduled pick up time. When we arrived at the pick up location (on time), no one showed up to pick us up. When we spoke to the airport taxi stand person, he did not even know the company. We called the provided phone number, but no one picked up. Once, I was able to get through to an answer machine, but no one returned my call. We tried the live chat numerous times which was also unsuccessful. We booked the taxi to Niagara Falls and also booked the return trip to ensure stress free travels.
While waiting for the taxi, another person approached us. She was also going through the same experience with the same company. We ended up catching a Lyft which was cheaper than the taxi. If we would have done this right away, we would have saved an hour of waiting and annoyance trying to get in touch with the company. Based on our experience, I don't see how some people provide positive feedback. How does someone operate a taxi company without 24/7 service. Someone should tend to customer concerns at any time, especially after confirming pick up arrangements. Worst experience ever!

Great service and very professional upon arrival. I scheduled a Time pick up to get to a destination in Niagara Falls and driver was prompt and very helpful with bags. Highly recommended, will see you guys on my return trip.

We were going to Niagara Falls 🇨🇦 from Buffalo niagara International airport and we never wanted to rent a car and pay $50 Canadian nightly rate to park at hotel . we did a little reseach online and found this service .
we booked it online . booking system was Easy and to the point.
We get picked up at airport with a nice SUV and got us to our hotel on fallsview with ease .
Price was 95$ for 4 passengers and luggages .
I recommend them to anyone going to Niagara falls 🇨🇦
